"Well first time here and I personally think it's totally overated, and was not impressed at all. Firstly the service is good and the time for the meal to arrive was also good. However my daughter's huge burger with everything on, looked great but was a big soggy mess, with water just dripping out of it, perhaps the salad hadn't been drained, who knows. She ate it as she's in training but she thought it was a complete waste of £10.. There is no vegetarian burger so I had a veg sandwich, nothing special and also a bit soggy. Was hoping for the lovely taste of jarred jalapeños, but unfortunately they were just fresh sliced chillies. The skin on fries are good as long as you like salt as they are drenched in the stuff, not my taste and definitely not healthy for the kids. Not somewhere to go if you have a nut allergy either, as fries cooked in peanut oil! So no wasn't impressed at all, and will definitely not be returning. There are far better burger places in Swansea."

Dirty greasy salty mushy mess, I don’t get why people rave about this place it’s so meh, even McDonald’s burgers are better, a fast food burger shouldn’t cost £10

Bad service and couldn’t remember what we ordered and after ordering a meal and after they say they don’t do meals anymore. Don’t come here it will ruin your dinner.

Floppy rustic chips , squashed unappetising hotdog and who the heck had the idea of serving monkey nuts as a side ? The music also way too loud, more like a nightclub than a restaurant.

Friendly staff, clean premises and variety of hot, tasty foods. Toilets were also clean and even though it was quite busy, nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff. Would eat here again.

This place is grossly overpriced and the food can only be described as dreadful. Vegetarian sandwich consisted of sloppy grilled vegetables mushed in a bun. No patty no burger. This and tiny fries £12! Robbery!

Cold food. I ordered a veg sandwich with cheese. Firstly the cheese isn't like normal hard cheese it's like that rubber cheese simular too Jack cheese, disgusting slop, had to remove it. Then took my first bite and everything was cold yuck. Also sandwich isn't a sandwich it's in a bin like a burgwr but no burger. Never again

Really tasty burgers! All salad sauce toppings are free to add. But burger prices are very pricey. Fries were nice too. They double up on the amount of fries you purchase. So if there’s several of you dining. I would suggest order half the amount of heads dining. It’s too much otherwise. Milkshake is just over £5, which again is pricey. But they do taste nice

Visited with family midweek. Central location near castle and main shops. We had the cheeseburger, fries and milk shake. The food quality was very good but for me there was far too much salt added. At a cost of around £17 per head prices are beyond high for what is basically a take away with a table and self-clearing. Service was quick and efficient and the food was hot. I'd give this place 4 stars if prices were 33% lower. So a qualified recommendation for those diners with very deep pockets

"I have been wanting to visit here for ages but the stars have never aligned until Saturday. We were extremely lucky to get a walk in for the two of us. We were greeted by the owner and shown to a table. As we didn't have any drinks with us Peter suggested Tesco a few doors down and I was able to grab a bottle to enjoy with the meal. The service was wonderful and friendly and it felt like we had been going there for years, with just the right amount of care and advice. The food was exceptional from start to finish. We had the chicken satay and spring rolls to start and they were beautiful. The satay was amazing and was much darker in colour than any I have had before, but much better in flavour than any I have had before, I would definitely have these again. For main I had a chicken rendang and my wife ordered gule monkfish. The rendang was again perfect for my tastes. Spicy but flavourful with a generous portion that would satisfy the majority of eaters. I would have had seconds, even though I was stuffed because it was so good. I can't comment too much on the monkfish as I have a dislike of seafood, but my wife raved about it and said she's having the same again next time without question. So I think that sums it up. We finished with deserts of a rice pudding dish I think was called bubar, which was black rice and coconut, and the second dish we ordered was a Banana coconut pancake to which I forget the name. Again I couldn't find fault if I tried another 10 out of 10. At the end of the meal we met owner and chef Ami, who came to chat. It was lovely speaking to the owners and their passion for the food and customer service was clear. We cannot wait until our next visit"
