Flames Pizza - Menu

This was last night. We have had to ring back so often about food being wrong but everything being burnt is a joke. Why would you send it out

I'm not joking either. Food was terrible. Had more potato in a carrot than the rubbish fries we were served up. Burger was tasteless. Avoid at all costs

The staff is extremely rude and often have their ears glued to their phones, ignoring the customers in the process. They do not pay attention to the needs of the diners. View menu

This is the worst meal I have ever had. It was cooked three times and still wasn't edible. I wouldn't even give it away, let alone sell it. Avoid this restaurant at all costs!

The food was very dry and unappetizing, I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. The restaurant was crowded with many people waiting, and I ended up waiting for 30 minutes just to order my meal.

I've been coming here every month or two since I moved to Endmoor a few years ago and can't fault it. The staff are always friendly, the food very tasty and as for the portion size, well, when i visit my mate in London I...order twice as much as I do when at Flames as their sizes just don't compare! No denying its popularity as it's always busy here, but there is very limited eat-in space. The pizza is great (although a little greasy) and nothing beats the french fries and chilli sauce, although the menu is pretty diverse for a pizza place. Everything is...reasonably priced with a quick turn-around, and you can see your food being made with fresh ingredients just behind the counter.

we drove a long way to take this away. arrange the phone over 20 times to confirm our order and not answer! that was all before 10.30 clock the website says they are open until 11 clock. we're going to the load to find everything. closed and clearer! we were a family of 5 and all really hungry that was 10.45 clock obviously cannot comment on how we didnt get any! I expect the states to be open by 11 o'clock until 11 o'clock! will not come back! the Indian around the corner will get our need next time.

I have always enjoyed this takeaway until recently. I ordered a couple of weeks ago at the till with two young girls who were plain rude and were more concerned about how their paper hats looked on their heads than serving me. Simple customer service...was none existant. Too top it off they missed off items I had ordered. Tonight I returned to collect another order including the items missed off from the last visit. Again... Items missing.... Called up again to tell them and was greeted by a lovely girl who apologised even though she hadn't took the order.
