"Disappointing service, they seemed disinterested. 2 meals were good which were Sunday roads but the other 2 were chicken schnitzel with a peppercorn sauce. The veg were OK but the chicken was tough and chewy and the peppercorn sauce was too peppery with far too many peppercorn in it. When we mentioned the chicken, he just took the plates away with no apology. When we came to pay the bill we spoke to the manager who hadn't been told about it, he questioned the staff and the chef and offered us 1 free meal as compensation. A Disappointing experience its no wonder the place was almost empty."

great welcome.nice and clean, homemade food from ground to simply beat a wine bar and gin distillery to get lincoln pub of the year. in any case recommend. that was a common plate for two. 11.95 and every penny worth.

Lovely friendly pub in the Village of Reepham. Dropped in here whilst out bike packing and camping for a thirst quencher and to ask directions. Courtney, the young lady behind the bar was extremely helpful and very friendly searching on her phone and pointing me in the right direction. View menu

I had a very good Sunday dinner today, the bark was tender, the nice was nice. everything tasted freshly prepared yorkshires perfect. I actually had a smaller part, I am a good eater and it was enough for me. my man had a meal in full size and had no place for a pudding. the prices were very competitive. the service was very good. we'll be back soon. well done.

four adult had meal times here on Easter Sunday at midday. we were all satisfied with the menu choice and what we chose. the starters were excellent, garlic mushrooms were practically a meal in themselves. the main courses were a good plate with hot plates and a lot of gravity. good moist truthahn and much veg. good tasty lamb. we had not enough space for a dessert! definitely recommend the fox and hounds.
