"The restaurant staff were promoting the new Barbie movie by wearing hula chain necklaces and the restaurant was decorated in a holiday theme. Despite no one being at the counter when we arrived, we were quickly greeted and shown to our table. The ordering process was smooth and our waiter was efficient. The service between ordering and receiving our drinks and food was fast. Although the food was a bit pricey, it was fresh and delicious. We especially enjoyed the brownie dessert. This restaurant is great for couples, families, or anyone in between. We left a generous tip as the service was excellent. There is also a good selection of wines, beers, and spirits for those who enjoy a drink. I highly recommend this restaurant for a tasty meal."

The restaurant was chilly and the food was average at best. The service was a bit slow even though it wasn't busy. We only went because we had an O2 offer for kids to eat free. We won't be returning anytime soon.

Food at Frankie Benny's is always nice and their customer service is excellent. Staff are making sure to serve us promptly and they made us feel welcomed each time. Will definitely go back and recommend for a lunch/dinner anyday

The restaurant had undergone a drastic change... It was empty, dull, and lifeless. There were only a few customers and the music was horrible. My wife ordered a medium steak but received a well-done one instead. I ordered a starter of Southern chicken, but as you can see in the photos, the breading was as hard as a rock. Our dinner for two, including a starter, main course, non-alcoholic beer, and orange juice, cost us £61. Overall, our experience was not more than 3 stars. View menu
