"Visited Franklyns for the first time last night with my wife. Towards the end of the evening there was an incident between 2 groups of ladies. I believe a handbag had been stolen, perhaps some other items too. The security team were a disgrace. They handled the situation appallingly, they were abrupt, dismissive and awfully rude. We were shocked. If a member of my team behaved like that towards a paying customer who had been violated on my premises then they'd be furious. I strongly advice you look at your staff, we will not returning. My wife wants want to feel safe whilst out, i suspect the lady who had her bag stolen wont be returning either."
