"family run local site on the beautiful vicani hills, to which you access through a rather dissected and dusty crossing if you just want to find a half point negative to this restaurant. That makes fresh raw materials and the wise hand of the young chef his battle horses. Menu' right not very vast, with the first really superlatives, with on all a gnocco cacio and pepper perfumed to the really divine thyme, followed by a bold but fully successful mix like the gnocchi to the clams on the stracciatella, to finish to simple dishes but recited to the very great as a gragnanius with porcini fondue of provolone of the monk or the spaghetti to the clams. A really separate speech deserves the selection of meat at the highest level, we ate two steaks from total of Iberian angus selected by miguel vergara and I can guarantee you, without sinning to be a discreet connoisseur of meat, which really were a pure orgasm!!!
