"I came across this beautiful restaurant last time I was in the area, so I made a reservation for my return visit. I treated my brother-in-law and his partner, who live in Luton, to thank them. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly manageress, Milena. She escorted us to our lovely table and even took our coats, ensuring our comfort. Ben served as our waiter for the night and provided excellent service throughout. The atmosphere was fantastic, indicating the restaurant's popularity. As for the food, every course was outstanding. The ingredients, flavors, and presentation were all top-notch. We were all very impressed and will definitely be returning soon. Special thanks to Tian, Christina, and Sophie who were also part of the service team. Congratulations to everyone involved for their great work."

"Had lunch in The French Horn a few weeks ago after a windy dog walk at Sharpenhoe Clappers the owners also now have The Crooked Billet which is my local, so we thought we'd check it out. I had the sausage and onion sandwich with quite possibly the best skin on fries I've eaten in a long time! The staff were really friendly and the bar had a nice atmosphere. It's quite a big pub with large dining areas and I imagine gets very busy in the summer. All in all, well worth a visit if you're in the area."

"We stayed a second time here for a family meal and for the Thursday Pub Quiz. The accommodation is clean, comfortable, warm, welcoming, well equipped with a walk-in shower and a relaxing bed to sleep on. It has a Nespresso coffee machine , bottled water and tea making equipment. Also some breakfast items as at present the pub does not do its own breakfast offer. The staff could not be more helpful, thoughtful, welcoming , both at the accommodation procedures and particularly in the pub itself providing top quality service for food and drink. They are to be congratulated on their professionalism as it was a very busy night. The food, the choice and the plates provided from the menu were top class. We all gave it 5 stars for doing exactly what people want from a pub, quality , acceptable pricing and personal service. It is somewhere we will surely return to in the future,"

"we just had a birthday party there for 14 and I can't stress how much of a success it was. we have preordered and eating was fast and delicious (as always, we are regular customers.) what we were very happy to see is that the big 10 team really cared for us. they were very attentive with drinks orders and clean the table regularly. nothing seemed too much to ask. all the guests were very impressed, because most of them were the first time in big 10. I have always recommended the place to local friends and family, but it needs a real call now"

"Expecting a new menu (according to the chef) in the coming weeks however what we ate was top notch, have never had a bad meal at the White Hart and this was no different, I understand that there is new management and I'm sure when word gets out it will get busier, we were the only diners in the resteraunt until our pudding arrived however it was a Tuesday night, they have all the ingredients to make it a cracking restaraunt and I shall defo be attending again in the future its a lovely village pub."
