"After over 450 km of motorway, finally arrived. And what should I say? Really crisp, small, cozy, but above all clean. During our first night we were accommodated in the new building where we felt very comfortable. "I visited the schinderhannes in weingartens today after the work and an appointment after over two years. in the small beer garden nothing has changed. After I found a place on a beer bench, a nice operation came by and picked my drink order via a shot original number. 1 and let me order the menu on the table. After I discovered that on the weekly card the red carpets were listed late (cheese with ham, leek, champignons and wolves) with mixed salate, I also ordered them. after about ten minutes the dinner with me was on the table. the cheeses were fresh, warm and have drawn very nice cheese threads. the salate was fresh and crispy as it should be. until the end, I gave myself a shot black beer and gave me a generous drinking money when I paid the service. I also like that the schinderhannes in the beer garden with aniquated woodbirchists at the former breweries klosterbräu weingarten and bourgeois brewhouse ravensburg keeps the memory awake. I can recommend the shinderhannes next to the linde in weings to anyone who is not worth on chici micki, but on a beautiful, rustic location and good bourgeois food. I'm going back to you!"

"Wie im Titel: Das Essen ist guter Durchschnitt, beim Service war/ist noch sehr viel Luft nach oben!Ich war mit Kollegen zum Mittagessen. Reservierung wurde von mir auf 13 Uhr gebucht. Als wir ankamen war meine Reservierung leider nicht vorhanden. Nach kurzem warten (5 min), wurde dann aber doch ein Tisch für uns gefunden. Die Aufnahme der Bestellung dauerte leider 20 Minuten. Das Essen kam dann (zum Teil) recht zeitnah. Getränke waren aber noch keine da. Es war eigentlich wirklich sehr chaotisch. Zu meinem Essen hätte ein Beilagensalat gehört, der Bedienung ist das auch beim Bringen des Essens aufgefallen. Gebracht hat sie ihn dann aber nicht. Ich wollte Sie dann nochmals darauf aufmerksam machen als Sie beim Nachbartisch war, ich wurde mit einem schnippischen "Moment Bitte!" abgefertigt. Letztendlich kam die Bedienung dann dennoch nicht.Schließlich bin ich aufgestanden um zu fragen ob ich den Salat noch bekäme, dies wurde erneut schnippisch kommentiert mit "ob ich nicht sähe, dass viel los sei."Meine Antwort darauf und gleichzeitig mein Fazit: Ja das sehe ich, auch dass es stressig ist. Aber die Umstände als Gast sind trotzdem untragbar.Für mich klare Nicht-Empfehlung!"

"Ich verstehe die Bewertung von Amazone 4 überhaupt nicht!!Und ich gehe stark davon aus, dass es sich hier um ein persönliches Problem handelt.Das Restaurant ist absolut sauber und authentisch eingerichtet.Der Chef kocht selber und es wird absolut alles mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet.Nicht wie bei allen anderen Restaurants in der Region, dort wird überwiegend Tüten- und Dosenfertigggerichte serviert.Wie auch immer.Ich bin im Shiva seit 20 Jahren regelmäßig mindestens einmal wöchentlich Gast, und es war immer extrem lecker und bekömmlich.Hier gibt es noch die echte und typische indische und ayuvedische Küche, und das ganz sicher.Ich war schon in Indien und bis auf den schärfegrad des Essens, der in Indien echt höher ist, schmeckt es in Weingarten wie auf dem großen subtropischen Kontinent.Alles in allem ist es immer ein kulinarisches Erlebnis und wer die asiatische Küche mag, vor allem den Chinesen kennt, sollte es wagen einmal indisch zu essen.Im Shiva wird er es dann nicht das letzte mal getan haben."
