A star dinner! In a seductive and warm restaurant, a chef with very safe talent, who anoblites in taste, texture, color of simple and generous products, with a clear intention to bring pleasure and happiness. The plates follow as the stars of such a beautiful constellation. Served with all the attention and discretion you may wish. A leader who we want to warmly thank, greet and we would like to see that we recognize very officially.

Some nice culinary discoveries but also slightly disappointed with the proposed mets-vins agreement. On the dishes, not really consistency throughout the meal and sometimes too salty (the pigeon, the pear. For the wines, we would like older vintages, some wines are 'effacent or on the contrary are too powerful compared to the dish (beet). Nicely surprised by the last proposed agreement, however, a beautiful discovery! We ate well but for the price (180E with the proposed agreement, there is better on Paris in this rate slice.

Un diner formidable dans un endroit magnifique Vraiment une table à faire, quasiment sans faute ! Deux bémols : Les vins très inégaux. Le Riesling exceptionnel tout comme le vin de dessert. Le reste assez décevant (un Condrieu sans gout, un autre blanc un peu tiède et les morilles qui auraient supporté un blanc du Jura ou un Meursault) des ingrédients qui racontent une toute autre histoire dans l'assiette : gelée acide avec le poireau, et beignet type fête foraine avec les fraises.
