We had our daughters birthday party here as she generally likes gallones. Great party, friendly staff, good price for what you get. We had 10 children at the party and found the space really good.

My family (wife and two young daughters) love this place and we have visited several times during 2019, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Staff (lead by Viv) and really friendly, ice is tasty, coffee is good and restaurant is always clean.

Two adults and two children. Ordered two sundaes, a waffle, and a black coffee. £18.66. Not cheap, but we’ve always enjoyed the ice cream and the service..... until now. The coffee was very weak so I asked if they’d pour some out and add a shot. NO! Apparently it had 2 shots in and if I wanted another I’d have to pay! Fantastic range of flavours, probably ne of the best I've seen for a long time anywhere. Great friendly service from the lads on the counter. Dined in and had the three scoop sundae with all the trimmings which was very reasonably priced. Will have to make a return trip to try some more of the flavours. One nice touch was that when we left, all the staff, without exception, said goodbye and thank you to us, something you don't get very often these days!

We visited this ice cream parlour with our two young grandchildren having had it recommended by friends but we were rather disappointed. The decor is very attractive (especially for children) but the ice cream itself was a bit under whelming. I had Ginger and Honey flavour which was quite difficult to taste- the problem seemed to be that, unless you chose a popular flavour, the ice cream seems to be a little 'icy ' without too much of the claimed flavour- oh and we thought it was a bit pricey for what you got and that it was odd that it didn 't open until 1pm.

WOW... where do I start?? From the friendly, knowledgable staff to the delicious, tantalising diverse array of Italian ice creams what a spread!!! Vegan and gluten free are catered for (absolutely GORGEOUS! . We got the vegan brownie with vegan ice cream (also soy and gluten free and it was the best brownie I have ever tasted in my life. One member of our party ordered the cookie dough with ice cream, sauce, toppings and cream. She was salivating as it arrived. Gallones is a family run business with a few shops. We have tried out a few chain dessert places and this trumps them all. We have not stopped talking about this pudding parlour since we left and we now fangirl over Gallone on the reg... View menu
