"No matter where you are visiting in the Bergamo area, please obtain a reservation at Ristorante Garlini al Baio. The food is exceptionally scrumptious. The value is the best in all of Northern Italy: choose your own 3 courses from the entire menu for 35 Euros! Wow! My favorite aspect though is the team! Led by Veronica, the team are personable, accommodating, happy, knowledgeable and engage with you willingly. Wow! We were served by Veronica as well as Beatrice. Both are young, beautiful, smart, have vivacious personalities and did not want me and my partner to depart!!! Service like this for newcomers to a restaurant is rare in the new millennium. Would I return to dine here? Absolutely YES every time I visit the Bergamo area. Would I recommend it to others? Absolutely YES! I wish the restaurant and team had a location in Toscana near my residence."

the place is simple, with a slightly dated furniture. the reception is very lively and effective. the dishes, both meat and fish, are very abundant in the portions and with a certain quality in the raw material. dog bag available. I found a little expensive covered and wine. recommended!

we returned after a long time (we had been there several times in the years before the pandemic) and, with our enormous regret, we can only see its worsening both in the quality of raw materials and in the way of cooking them and presenting them. nothing to say, instead, at the service. I was in this restaurant last night. I was with friends to celebrate a birthday. the welcome was great, the good food but above all they spoiled us as we needed! ! Very nice managers, in a quiet atmosphere they pampered us: different cloths on the table, home made biscuits to the coffee, pyrotechnic fountain on the dessert of the surprise party....Menu of fish at worthy price. great experience in the dark.
