"Vielleicht durch den Herbststurm, wirkte es von außen nicht sehr einladend und ist das im Inneren dann ebenfalls so. Leider hat man eine, sicherlich seinerzeit gemütliche, Gaststube mit diesen auf Vollholzimitierten Möbeln ersetzt. Die sind nur kalt und fehlt auch jegliche Dekoration. Der Wirt kommt leider in einem Outfit wie der Hausmeister . Die Karte möchte ungarisch sein, zumindest ist das der erste Eindruck. Leider keine Leberknödel -oder Nudelsuppe und das in Bayern. Ich dachte daß es so einen Salat gar nicht mehr gibt und wurde nun eines beßeren belehrt. EISKALTER Kartoffelsalat mit einer Art Pusztakraut, ESSIGGURKERLN und ein bißchen Blattsalat. Da macht man sich die Zähne kaputt. Schmecken kann man es nicht, weil so kalt. Die Schweinsfilet mit Rösti und Erbsen-Champignon-GÄNSELEBER-Letscho Ragout, war ein undeffinierbares etwas ohne Geschmack und jedenfalls schade um die Gänseleber, so es denn eine war. Schweinsfilet trocken aber gut gewürzt und zu meiner Überraschung die Rösti offensichtlich HAUSGEMACHT. Das war's aber auch schon und lud wie gesagt die Atmosphäre und der ungeheizte Raum nicht zum verweilen ein. Wer schnell was essen will kann da hinfahren."

Simple but very good home cooking. We sat outside and the view of the mountains compensates for road traffic. From about 7 p.m., less and less cars were on the go. The vegetarian part of the menu is to be emphasized (not always common in Bavarian cuisine). The spinach dumplings were excellent. But also the non-vegetarian dishes were very good at my family. As a conclusion, we shared an Kaiserschmarrn. Mhhh! Our second and certainly not last visit when we make the next holiday in the area.
