"there is nothing to complain when it eats. the portions look good, are rich and it tastes. two points I have to take off the gratmühle: I had the only one in the round one starter (flat soup). I have to pass on that I am regularly picked by my wife for my salt consumption. but what I got hit the (salt)Faß the floor. Even if I were cooked for myself alone, I would never give so much salt in the sense of a suppe. whether the cook has cost or not, does not actually play any role; the kitchen should not leave. dear chief. the gasses of the gratmühle are their windows, their capital, their hangers. please apply halfway to allow us to assign them to the personal. they can feel like home here, but this is not their living room! sling and slapping are part of the television!"

We were a whole extended weekend in the Stegmühle...beautiful rustic ambience, friendly staff and the host is a host as it belongs... in the kitchen perfect and also present with the guests...and the portions are phenomenal. Absolutely recommended!!!
