I was with my wife at this restaurant today to eat good citizens. The cordon was borderline and my ox roast was a disaster. I'm not crooked, but that was the bottom drawer. Unfortunately.

Wirklich leckeres Essen und sehr freundliches Personal. Die Preise waren nicht günstig aber noch völlig im Rahmen. Vor allem die Getränke bin ich aus NRW wesentlich teurer gewöhnt. Die Portionen waren groß und haben satt gemacht.

I was here at the EM 2012. We were only at the terasse at dinner, I ate a devil toast, which is absolutely recommended. The Terasse was completely full, but the operators had all this completely under control. After dinner, we're down to the basement for the game. Very nice location there, prices are quite normal. Stopped at Geigerhaus for a Sunday lunch. Sat outside overlooking this pretty town. Service was good, our waitress could speak English and the menu is comprehensive. What I liked most about this restaurant was the food. It was good sized servings, tasty and well presented. Being such a nice setting, we spent 2 hours sitting on the terrace enjoying observing the activity in the main street of historic Muhldorf while having a beer. Well done Geigerhaus.

Grundsolides Restaurant mit urigem Charme inmitten der Stadt. Der Service war bei meinen bisherigen Besuchen immer freundlich und fix unterwegs. Bei gutbürgerlichen (Standard- Gerichten auch recht gut. Ich empfehle bei den „bairischen“ Gerichten wie Schweinebraten und Co. zu bleiben und sich nicht für speziellen Dinge wie die Pinsa oder die Burger zu entscheiden. Diese waren beide für den Preis nicht gut und haben nicht wirklich frisch zubereitet geschmeckt. Die Pinsa schmeckte wie frittiert und war sehr hart. Der Spinatknödel und auch der Beilagensalat waren auch eher optische Trauerspiele und sind wohl im Laufe der Zeit geschrumpft.Die besten Restaurants in meiner Nähe

If you went through difficult times, like climbing mountains for two months, swimming across the Channel, spend two months on a raft in the middle of the Ocean and have to quickly put some weigth, then this is the place to go. Huge (German) portions including large chunks of meat, potatoes, spatzle, knodel. Special note for the traditional Chanterelle Soup. I had oven baked pork with spatzle and souce. My wife went from roasted piglet. Weissebier is a must in Bavaria. At the end Apfelstrudell swimming in Vanilla Sauce. Really a very enjoyable lunch in the medieval city center of a nice city.
