What a lovely place to go and chill. The selection of ice creams is great. The staff were very friendly. The array of drink selection is very good. We always pop in if we are in MW.

We often pop here after walking the dogs locally and the kids love the ice cream. Similar prices to most ice cream parlours, lovely coffee and a friendly welcome. It’s great having somewhere like this right on our doorstep.

Called in for an ice cream for myself and my mother. Mum has dementia and wouldn’t get out the car so I was faced with two trips to the car to get them safely there. The lady serving me offered to bring it out to the car for my Mum. Great customer service and wonderful gelato! View menu

Popped in for a drink. We had hot chocolate drink,, very nice . Each had a fruit scone which also very nice, but the let down, was the cream........ yuk, squirt squirt, which disappears as soon as you put it on the scone..please please change to whipped double cream or cornish clotted cream.

Being locals we enjoying going here with family and friends for food, drinks and ice creams. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Food etc delicious. The only thing missing is a baby change facility..even just a baby change mat in the toilet would be helpful as the only current place to change is on the toilet floor which is not hygienic.

Always a quandry between healthy smoothie or ice cream treat but we enjoy both. The smoothies are always good and the ice cream which is made by a gelateria in the city is always good too.. Its a hard working team here doing their best in these crazy times and we appreciate that along with the conversations we have about the current situation despite you being busy. A couple of days ago I was here waiting for my fiancé to meet me for coffee and can I just say , the cheek on some people . I sat and witnessed a customer approach one of the staff infront of everyone and be so blatantly rude . This lady came in from sitting outside with her young daughter and was asking weird questions loud enough for me to hear , such as “have you got a problem “ and “ are you jealous of me” which I found most bizarre. She then seemed to get more angry and storm off ? I must give it to the staff member , she handled it calmly and was a lot politer then I would have been .

I took my daughter into this place last summer for a treat. The waitress was very pleasant to other customers; but extremely rude to me. It was very obvious, other people were looking, my 12 year old daughter noticed too. She slammed my drink down on my table so hard that the ice flew out and hit my foot. It was the most bizarre thing. So my daughter and I approached this woman to ask her what on earth her problem was. Wanna know what she said? ‘I didn’t like the way you walked in here’ I swear. So I was treated badly because this woman didn’t like the way I walked, infront of my child. So my daughter scolded her, loudly, for being a pathetic child and told her that her jealousy of her mot...

Walked in to this little place at approximately 12.30 on the 24th July to treat my little girl to an iced coffee. The waitress with a purple t shirt and a pony tail treated me with blatant rudeness and scorn in comparison to other customers that were being served, even slamming my iced coffee on the table without saying a word, knocking a piece of ice onto my foot and no apology. My daughter who is only 11 exclaimed ‘goodness mum, she was rude; she must be jealous of you!’ I challenged this waitress about her attitude calmly, pulled her to one side and asked her if everything was ok.
