I have come twice and the day I asked for the tataki of tuna I went with doubtful sensations of whether I had dripped or not(more not) today I decided to pass and try its tortilla of potato with onion pochada (and the yema well yellow, as they put in their letter.) when it arrived, it was a French tortilla with chocidata and semi-pochada onion. I've told the waiter and with impeccable professionalism he told me to change it. When he's back, the point was better, unfortunately, the potato is still cooked and the onion is poorly poached... the truth that in a place like this is a disappointment. Anyone will say. But it's a meat site, because you ask for something that's not good meat, it's easy, don't offer a regular product if you're good at something. Honestly, if that's the tortilla you offer for that better don't include it in your letter. The truth is I wouldn't come back here. a pity that with the exceptional service they have, the kitchen is normal. Also, if you are not going to order tataki or tortilla, you can come and try luck."
