"I was looking for a Michelin star restaurant in Milan and after searching, all the ones I wanted to go to were fully booked, Giannino was the only one with availability at last moment. The restaurant is beautiful, cozy, warm and welcoming. The ambiance was great and the staff was amazing! There were only 3 tables occupied so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The big problem was the food, I ordered the octopus for status and it was so hard to cut through and the flavors were not balancing, I couldn’t finish the meal, my partner ordered the crab salad which he also couldn’t finish. I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt hoping the mains would be great but I was wrong "

Food quality:starters-the beef tartar was quite good, but octopus was hard. Main dishes: the turbot was rather good and ossobuco was an absolutely ordinary dish like it was homemade. The restaurant was almost empty and they had to buzz us in which made us feel we were in an unsafe area. While the place was nice being almost empty ruined the ambiance. Service was good and the food was ok. For the prices and decor I would expect more form the food (chef). Overall it was okay but it felt like they wanted to wow me and that did not happen.

Yeah, it's all great. is a very famous restaurant and it is quite easy to find artists of Italian public life to eat here. as a recommended dish there is the cutlet (42 € per head). total a dinner for a person costs about € 192.
