"We came here to escape the cold one Sunday night before a train. We ordered a glass of red wine and a lemon and verb tea. I had to ask a couple of times since the poor bartender couldn't hear us properly because of the music too high. They served me a jasmine tea. I had to order a lemon verb again. I finally got the lemon verb. When we started our drinks, instead of waiting until we asked to pay, the bartender pushed us the card machine by ordering us to pay. Then we realized that we were charged 1 GBP. 69 'cargo per discretionary service'. It is very frustrating, as we happily would have left a tip much bigger than that if the service had been better. I was clearly grumpy and the manager kept giving me signs of approval, but he never came and asked me what the problem was. I have the feeling that they have some problems at this time and that staff just don't get along, as the French bartender seemed pretty unhappy."

Popped in for a quick breakfast before travelling on Eurostar, nice clean bar, very busy as expected, did not stay long as we had to catch the train.

I had lunch at GNH Bar and I have to say that the pan-fried Gnocchi with mushrooms, basil, spinach and chestnut was well cooked and tasty. As a dessert, I had a coconut rice pudding and it was good. 33 GBP service included.

I visited this restaurant before catching a train at St. Pancras and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable compared to other restaurants in London. I will definitely return!

Really enjoyed the atmosphere and small plates. Lovely decor and music. However my waiter Felipe, Tall with a long beard in a pony tail, said NOT ONE WORD, to me. Not when I sat down, or ordered, or asked for the bill. Unacceptable to then add a service charge.

Excellent, lovely staff thanks (Diego). Really complimentary, speedy service. Lovely place to stop for little drink. Not extortionate for location/quality. Asked for a drink that wasn’t on the menu and they couldn’t be more obliging. Nevertheless the menu was nice and varied. Actually meant to go to another bar, but glad I came here instead!Absolutely would visit again.

I stopped by for a drink and was served by a bartender named Michael who appeared quite unhappy and somewhat condescending, to be honest. I was surprised when the card machine prompted me to add a gratuity, as I have never experienced that for a basic bar service in the UK before. Upon reviewing my bill this morning, I noticed that I had been charged 12.5% for gratuity.

It took 30 minutes for someone to ask if I wanted a drink at this restaurant. When the drink was finally served, the glass had lipstick marks on it. After informing the waiter, he claimed it was just dirt and said he would bring me another drink. The situation improved slightly when the Manager came over to acknowledge the mistake (and lipstick) and did not charge me for the drink. However, I decided to leave and find somewhere else to eat instead of waiting for my family to join me.

I was here before last year and I had the most fabulous **** Mary, so with a quick stop while waiting for the train, I recommended that we go to this bar again. . . . . . . . . . . told us to take a seat, no one came for years despite making a gesture to ask for the service, when finally told a waiter to come to ask us, we asked to see the menu because there was nothing on the table except a sign of The boy literally slipped us through his face mask and finally came back and a code We couldn't believe his attitude. So we left!If you don't want to work on customer service, don't. Don't make it so obvious you don't want to be there serving people!

I sat with a friend having a glass of wine and a catch up at about 4.30pm yesterday when suddenly the lights were dimmed and the volume turned up on the already loud rock music. I asked a passing waiter if he could turn it down again as we were trying to have a talk. He said the boss wanted it that way and there was nothing he could do. I said 'ok I 'll talk to the manager ' and he said 'I am the manager, the boss is the owner '. I said 'ok could you turn it down then ', he said 'If you don 't like it you can go drink somewhere else '. I couldn 't believe my ears. I said 'What? ' and he said, 'you can either go upstairs or go find somewhere else ' and walked off. Never again!

"my partner and I stay a week in london and have booked a lot of places to eat during our stay. this is a place we will relive on any future adventure. the menu is full of a series of Italian...Delights and my understanding of what to have was a beautiful dilemma. I had the baked flat mushroom with gorgonzola, honey and rocket to begin while my partner had a garlic pizzabrot. my was simply sensational and she was delicious (and easy enough to feed for net I had an eleanora pizza with prosciutto crudo, caramelized wobble, mascarpone and basilikum. the best handmade pizza I ever had! my partner had the tagliatelle pollo e funghi. tagliatelle with mushroom, pancetta and huh in a creamy white sauce. for a communal dish in many Italian restaurants this was a considerable cut over the rest. Of course we have ensured that there was room for dessert (if in rom and all that). it is always particularly exciting to see the cakes made all the house and there is a nice selection of authentic Italian dresses to choose. my partner went for a cheesecake served with fruit-couli, while I had decided to be adventurous and to start something new in the form of canolo siciliano. sweet ricotta wrapped in a fresh, thin baked baked pastry, served with pistachio ice cream and fresh strawberries. first was the cheesecake devine. there are no words for it, it's just fantastic. my adventurous to the unknown has also paid off as I can say that I have never dessert like the canolo. such a variety of aromen on a plate, supplemented with chocolate sauce and a lemon cure was only pure joy. every last crumb of our meal was sensational, as was the drinks as well as the wonderfully dipped and refreshing hot sprout. now is good eating a thing, good service is another. as gastfreundschaft arbeiter himself (I myself a chef and my partner in front of the house) appreciate and appreciate good service when we see it. the way the two waitresses worked effortlessly together, and with care and care and their insidious ability to press on an upsell without being overlaid was a joy in themselves. the handling with a lot of takeaway orders while they can take care of their guests may be difficult (we know) but they treated everything super and everyone had smile on the faces. overall, this was a fantastic evening in a brilliantly guided facility that is quite simply a must-visit place to dive!"
