"I come back to my 5* rating from last year. A former regular at Foy, I always preferred this café to the others on Place Stanislas. I was disappointed this Monday by the service which, in my opinion, is no longer up to par, especially for a place with this setting. I am not demanding but still there are points to review in my opinion. But that makes me want to go back less now."

I'm not recommending avocado toast. The bread was stale, a lot of avocado that is, insipid, the dry ham was too salty and the salad sauce was not going with the rest. Too expensive for what it was... Fries are correct Many waiting despite the few customers. Nice server and environment.

I'm going regularly to see my younger daughter in Nancy and every morning I'm gonna take my breakfast in this place. I ate there too. Not to mention that with Elody we're taking our aperitif before we get back to eat. The welcome is great servers, waitress at the top! The pleasant atmosphere

I fully support Jns’ opinion that gives the Grand Café Foy the 5.0 he deserves. The situation on Place Stanislas is ideal, the service is efficient and attentive, especially thanks to Abel and the charolais beef tartar was well cut to the knife and tasty. Excellent rum baths. I ate excellent meals at the Foy but my last visit two days ago was disappointing. The self saying beef fillet was not at all high. Nothing to say at the service level even if it was a little long, but when we pay 50 euros for a menu we wait better. Digestive offered to compensate but it does not replace a beef fillet.
