"I absolutely adore staying at the Great Malvern Hotel. The reception is always warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and equipped with everything I could possibly need. The staff takes great care to ensure that every guest has a pleasant stay. The staff at this restaurant is the best ever. They were very attentive to my bachelorette group and made us very happy. Sarah is absolutely amazing with an awesome vibe. We love you all!

The owner is a really chatty friendly guy and nothing is too much trouble. Cocktails are very reasonably priced. Good music. Great location with outdoor seating areas front back. Would recommend.

This restaurant is fantastic with a very welcoming atmosphere. The outdoor seating offers a stunning view of the Abbey, especially enchanting at night when it is illuminated. The owner, Matt, is excellent, and the selection of cocktails is top-notch! A visit to this place is a must if you are in Malvern.
