"I am a fan of Indian cuisine, but I tend to avoid dishes cooked with ghee and food coloring commonly found in British restaurants. As a result, I enjoy cooking new recipes at home. Some of my favorite dishes include tandoori salmon, lentil cakes, coconut and yellow lentil curry, potato and lentil curry, spinach and lentil filo cake, spinach and lentil soup, and zucchini and lentil curry. However, not all restaurants use ghee and food coloring in their dishes. One such example is Pundits Fusion in Upton-Upon-Severn, which prides itself on using fresh ingredients and seasonings instead of powders and artificial additives."

This restaurant in Upton is one of the best places to eat, along with the Italian restaurant nearby. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is delicious, especially the mango chicken dish.

We had an amazing dinner at this restaurant. The service was great, the atmosphere was excellent, and the food was delicious. We highly recommend trying the Papadoms, Balti Medium, and Chutneys Pickles Per Portion. The price per person is around £30-40.
