"Terrible experience! Yesterday with friends who eat there again and was strongly disappointed. The seldom ordered beef fillet was fried, which I complained. Not tragic, unhappy. However, I had expected to prepare a new steak with the desired cooking point. But far missed! The third service (why three different came to the table, I can't say) was ready to bring me a new steak, but wanted to charge the first fried extra. Unfortunately, you did not understand that it is not my fault when I get something so disordered and there was no insight that the restaurant should be mistaken. Overall, I'm waiting for an apology for free and we all passed the appetite. Never again! What is a shame, because the steaks can be extremely good there."

Great! Steaks have 16 restauraunts in the grill. Top insiders. Very nice, very quiet. Great atmosphere. Super staff. We were very happy and are very sure when we are in Heidelberg.
