"We were more often in the Schlossrug and always had good experiences, except last time. Before: the food was good. I had ordered a salad that was offered in the menu without supplements and therefore expressed the desire to get a piece of chicken breast... everything worked and was delicious. After I had paid, I noticed that on the bill of the salad was calculated as with € 13,00 and additional € 11,00 for the chicken breast...sum € 24,00!!! I mentioned this very quiet and beautiful with the indication, not the intention to get an amount back... so really constructive. After I said that I did not find this price proportionate and I found a larger salad with beef strips in the city for this amount, the answer came: then go to the city! I didn't expect that, and I was very disappointed..."

"Wir sind per zufall eines tages vorbeigefahren und fanden das dinner von aussen sehr nett. Haben uns deshalb entschlossen bald mal zum essen vorbei zu kommen.Heute war der tag und leider war es auf voller linie eine enttaeuschung. Es fing damit an das uns von den chicken wings in der vorspeisenkategorie abgeraten wurde da sie sehr lange brauchen wuerden. Zusaetzlich waren die chilli-cheese-fries waren aus.Wir entschieden uns dann fuer onion rings und jalapeno poppers als vorspeise und zwei burgern.In der kategorie "hausgemachte dips" waehlten wir aioli und sauce hollondaise.Die jalapeno poppers waren ok und die onion rings waren sehr lecker. Die dips waren aber eindeutig nicht selbstgemacht.Auch die burger konnten nicht ueberzeugen; das fleisch war unglaublich trocken und die saucen auf dem burger waren bei mir die standard burgersauce aus dem grosshandel so wie eine zigeunersauce. Das hat mit einem guten amerikanischen burger leider nichts zu tun.Schade da die lokalitaet vom ambiente her eigentlich sehr nett war."

"Wir haben dem Casa Nostra gestern Abend eine weitere und auch letzte Chance gegeben sich zu beweisen, da wir in der Vergangenheit nicht immer ueberzeugt waren, aber der gestrige Abend hat uns darin bestaerkt, diese Lokalitaet auch nicht wieder aufzusuchen, geschweige denn weiter zu empfehlen, dafuer gibt es in der Umgebung deutlich bessere Italiener (Osteria Gusto, Verl oder Habichtshoehe Bielefeld), wo man preisgleich essen gehen kann und deutlich mehr dafuer bekommt (Service, Qualitaet und Aufmerksamkeit!).Es ist gestern Abend alles schief gelaufen (ich moechte jetzt nicht alles auffuehren), die Kroenung war eine fuer unsere Tochter zum Abschluss unseres Dinners bestellte zum Mitnehmen gedachte Pizza Margherita MIT EXTRA WENIG KAESE!!! Den Deckel geoffnet,eine Pizza mit extra Kaese kam zum Vorschein, diese Pizza hat zu Hause niemand essen wollen, Keine Entschuldigung, kein Angebot schnell eine neue Pizza zu backen, auch keine Entschudligung fuer den gesamten misslungenen Abend, einfach voellig unprofessionell. Auch atmosphaerisch hat man sich gefuehlt wie in einer lauten Kantine, man hat sogar nochmals mehr Platz geschaffen durch einen Anbau, setzt aber leider voellig ueberfordertes und zu wenig Personal dafuer ein.Fazit, geht lieber in der Umgebung zu anderen Restaurants, man wird mehr Freude haben!"

"The reception was nice, as well as the service. There was a good selection of dishes and even a menu (Musakka, appetizer and dessert). Unfortunately there were only 1 or 2 poultry dishes. We were 7 and ate appetizer and main course The dishes had a good size, so everyone got tired. Actually, we were happy until we got paid. We were to 7. And wanted to pay individually. The service was just supposed to pay together, so we should get together. Your proposal was for everyone to pay 25 euros. She didn't come to the idea of letting us pay individually. She seemed overwhelmed. Spending the return lasted 3min, although it was a simple amount of xxx,50Euro. I can't find anything like that. You can simply take a small calculator with you and then everything apart or Summing up, no one says anything, but pushing the customer to pay together so that couples pay more than the eaten, I think I'm a freak! Under these circumstances we will not visit the restaurant again, because comparable restaurants with delicious food are available and there we can then also pay separately. For large groups who would like to pay separately therefore NOT recommend. Tastefully fine."

"This time, Holte Stuckenbrock was housed in the hotel for post office. The rooms of the hotel are all newly renovated. You are located in the building in front of the hotel and you go from the lower parking deck of the REWE market into the building. On the second floor you will find the rooms with elevator or stairs. I had my room from the REWE market back to the parking deck. It was very quiet, clean and practical. The double rooms are rented as double rooms or single rooms. There is a wardrobe, luggage storage and a desk with chair in the room. Jalosia on the windows provide the darkness at night. At the same time, a plastic card is provided for the light in the room. Only if this card is pushed into its slot will you get light in the room and in the bathroom. In the bathroom are dimmer lamps. This means that when switching on it takes 30 seconds to radiate the full brightness. The shower in the bathroom is almost flat. The step is at most a finger. Everything was clean and new/modern. The bed mattress was not too soft and not too hard. For a restful sleep. I would revise this hotel at any time. Full four stars!!!"
