"I lived in Montréjeau for over 20 years. For 20 years, I've been there almost a month without ever being disappointed. I never said. Now I live far from Montréjeau but when I come back and I reserve to the Grilles. Because you have to book, it's safer and it avoids being disappointed if Rémi or Dany, the two tauliers, took you kindly because it's complete. People who make a negative opinion because they think they've been misleading don't know how complicated it is to manage 30 or 40 covers when we're only 2 to take care of everything. Nothing to say on the map, it's complete. The flavors: everything is good and some preparations fry perfection. The decor: typically Asian with some cosmopolitan touches if you pay attention to it. Service: Well, they do what they can because of the frequentation and the inevitable accustoms that will undoubtedly be privileged but how to blame them? But as long as we're in the nails, Rémi and Dany are great. In conclusion, I would say I made dozens or hundreds of Asian restaurants; in France and in all the countries I was able to visit. Beyond the particular affection I have for the proprios that I quoted earlier, I certify here that the Grillades of Saïgon in Montréjeau is the best Asian restaurant I know... And I know it."
