"Previously called the local duck and the kitchen was a gray, but for 3 years they can really eat well here, not a boring Bavarian cuisine a la jäger carving with pommes, but challenging and fine, but not scenic, as they suspect in green forest-like things like inside, biomeat, homemade(!)Pasta, wild out of the schliersee and a beautiful wine selection."

Terrace and garden very nice. Unfortunately no padding for the hard chairs. Prices are pretty high. Food was good and plentiful.

Food Good, operator friendly, cake excellent, only shame that is not open daily. A quiet place to relax, enjoy and feel good. And no mass production and yet a small idyllic beer garden and also a dog paradise!

"the forest house is located near the b11, but still very idyllic at the edge of the forest, the beer garden is shaded and quiet, the services very friendly. the interieur is cozy with plenty of wood in the upscale building style. the menu is varied good bourgeois cuisine, there is a daily ticket, e.g. with suppe, headed and dessert at 12.50 euro. the homemade cakes taste excellent, there are even delicious noodles. also in the hotel they are well accommodated."

"never again! it should be a special evening therefore I was extra in the front field in the local and have a nice place in the tiroler stubn book. I was told, however, that it may be that I have to go to the bauernstube if a Christmas company would come this evening (Friday). I was then shown a nice table in the bauernstube as an eternal plan b. Unfortunately, I was actually called after a few days and told me that actually a celebration takes place in the Tyrolean stubn and therefore I had to go to the bauernstube. It's a shame, but it's okay. I then called again 4 days before the birthday but for safety reasons to ask if everything goes clear with the table in the building room, you assured me! then the evil surprise came! as we arrived, we were told that even in the building room a celebration takes place and we were frozen into the fireplace room! no man has given me a divorce, although this was long clear at the time of my call!!! you were talking out that so much the last days was to do! hallo, I have called from my side extra again and asked for it and that there was already proof I was just so terribly sorry for my son that we had to celebrate his special birthday so humiliatingly, but we did this in another local dubiously."

"visit the restaurant il brigante in schäftlarn (formerly isarblick in baierbrunn) already for more than 20 years and still am delighted by the best pizza outside italiens (who at order ben cotta also gets them crispy) and the continued good value for money. my companions always judge as positiw. I'd like to go back very quickly!"

"As an English national living in Germany, who has also been to India countless times and lived in Singapore I feel qualified to at least comment on Indian food. I have also tried many Indian restaurants in and south of Munich. In my view this restaurant simply has the best Indian cuisine I have tasted in Germany and is comparable with the very best I have tasted in India, Singapore and the UK. I have now sampled this restaurant around 9 times. Many as take away. The chefs specialities are rich and deep in flavour, with individual sauces (not all made from the same base sauce as in some neighbouring Indian restaurants). The food is incredibly tasty - my favourites include (but are not limited to) Kashmiri Gosht; Chilli Chicken and Palak Chana. The service and hosptality I have experienced is warm, generous and sincere. For any Brits (or locals) looking for excellent Indian food I can thoroughly recommend this restaurant. My mouth is watering just thinking about it."

"Two stars for the good food, the service was very unfriendly. We were there in the early afternoon (above 2 pm). We were given the card and brought drinks. Then we were told by another waiter that they take a break at 2:30 and waited impatiently for our food order. After the meal (about 2:30 p.m.), the plate was pulled away under the cutlery and the recess was placed on the table.The opening hours are nowhere outside visible, so you have to inform the guest directly upon arrival. I felt very uncomfortable and pushed out."
