"I don't know what happened to Happy Pizza since ~2021 (Inhaberwechsel? mal wieder.? but the quality is the lowest drawer. Instead of selling garbage, you should prefer to raise the prices and pay your employees enough, so that they don't just push the pizza into the oven for 2 minutes and throw it into 2L oil and fat like softened bread (uncut in the box). Comments and/or delivery instructions given at Deliveryando are generally ignored. The last 4 orders I have given for 3 orders to cut the pizza but BITTE. But apparently it is too much to ask to read the delivery instruction. Today I didn't have to annoy myself at least because I left the request to cut the pizza away (so at least this time everything was done right... In the photos, by the way, I have cut the pizza myself since this restaurant seems to have neither the ability to read nor a pizza cutter. Clear recommendation for all the lust for a totally softened and sloppy pizza have blurred the fat and have never given a note/please like the ones that have indicated to cut pizza... So you better buy a frozen pizza, you have more of it."

We have 8!!! Pizzen ordered. Two hours waiting... all were fluffy and looked straight. When we called, it was just rude and with brother what do you want?! replied! Absolute innocence! If someone should read to see if the store is good, don't order here! Absolutely pure. 60€ set in the sand! Actually, 0 stars, unfortunately it's not here.

We ordered and approx. 2 hours waiting The order was up to 2 pizzas we ordered 7 wrong. After calling for the wrong delivery, I was tried to calm down with Hey Brother. I replied that you were not the brother and I would like to have ordered the food. Then I was greeted by the boss with brother Mann didn't want to help us any more and we all had to have the food delivered. A shop that doesn't go.... 60 € paid and fucked!!!! Never again and finger away from this place.
