Enoooorme we arrived a little late, and the team moved to find us a table, we were very well installed team at the top, we were served by clear, which was great, the beef coast was really good, and the cook even showed us before cooking what we were going to have on our plates, they even agreed to cook me a little more personal and very good. An absolute treat! We exposed the bid in a monumental way to dinner. The day after noon, without having breakfast in the morning, not even hungry, while usually I am a hungry h24. The baking of the beef was perfect, the well-stocked rib, you don't pay the beef rib at the price of the bone or fat, there you order meat, you eat meat. And yet, the roasted part close to the bone... what a taste! Oak wood cook, that makes the difference. I think it was the best beef rib in my life. Excellent wine, absolutely delicious chorizo.
