"Friendly service when you can get someone's attention to take your order. Waving your arms in the air, doesn't have the desired affect either. Manager spent most of her time at the bar, totally oblivious to customers waving to attract attention so they could be served. I could understand if it was busy, but it wasn't. Food, when it arrives, best described as ordinary, nothing to write home about. 4 Jan 2017 Just been today, a lot better than last time, order taken very promptly by very friendly professional staff, but still a long wait for food to arrive, not as though they were rushed. Will say that they are getting better. Food when it arrived was good and hot. Increased my review to 4 stars. Keep it up, we need a descend restaurant in Middlewich."

This restaurant is very pleasant, with extremely friendly staff who ensure that our stay is comfortable. The food is served promptly and always well-presented and tasty. The restaurant is very clean, making it my favorite dining spot. I would rate it 10/10 for excellence.

Just had a lovely meal with Hubby the 2 kids, food was really nice, desert even came with a candle for my son as it was his birthday today (thanks to our waitress Emma). Service was cheerful helpful, couldn't fault them. Thank you, will definitely be back. Now for a play at Fuzzy Eds.

Enjoyed the food, staff very helpful and accommodating with us and 2 young babies, children's play area advertised as having a section for under 2's, but was disappointed with the under 2 play area a small ball pit, a mirror and a small slide weren't interesting to the 1 year old for long!!

I had a really enjoyable experience at this restaurant. The staff were very pleasant and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The food was served promptly and was always beautifully presented and delicious. The restaurant was very clean, which I appreciated. This is now my favorite restaurant. I give it a perfect 10 out of 10 for excellence.

Have just returned from a lovely family meal. The main course meals were lovely there was a choice of 2 vegan options and I had the tagine which was full of flavour. The desserts were also great, the vegan rice pudding was delicious. The atmosphere was good and the staff were all polite and pleasant, but special thanks to Emma who paid great attention to detail and was particularly lovely. I said to my children on the way home that if they ever go into the service industry then that is the standard they should aim for!! She definitely deserves an extra serving of chocolate fudge cake :
