"our first visit in the harvester and it will be our last. with two occurring in a day I think the manager should have known how busy it should be. at the arrival many people were told that online booking services were not available and that was waiting minutes. we arrived for a pm booking. we were told there was no Rotisserie chicken. no mushrooms or tomatoes. we ordered two fish and chips and two salmon dinners. no starters were ordered. we waited for our dinners, which when it was served, so over cooked it was unusable. we have made our waitress aware of how unsatisfied we were and she was very polite and professional and offered us a dessert. unfortunately because of the time we had to wait for a main course, we had no time to eat a dessert, as the show immediately began with the whole experience was a chaos and I am as disappointed as it was a gift for my mother who celebrated her birthday. she is a diabetic and we chose the harvester from all the foods within the as we thought it would be the safest option for her needs. it was really embarrassing for me and mean man. I would not recommend this place for a starter. the bar had also escaped from beer."

had not received a salad bowl until after our main course and my main course was cold.

would recommend booking in advance as it is a very lively and popular place that is cheap, but my eating came cold.

Had several items unavailable and the salad bar was not kept topped up. Had to wait about minutes to get someone's attention to pay despite being very quiet. Otherwise good food and great value. View menu

Not a professional restaurant when they call at to advise that they've had a problem in their kitchen all day, waiting on an engineer since and unable to guarantee your booking at We booked the table as we were at the arena to see Michael Buble. Thank god for Cafe Rouge!

Booked table ahead of event we were attending at the Arrived to be told they didn’t have half of the menu .... chips being an essential item for most of the Harvester’s menu! Who runs out of chips!!? When we return to the I definitely wont be booking the Harvester again.

Found it very strange that upon arrival we were told to wait for a table when there clearly was a number of tables laid and waiting to be used?? but saying the above the server was very quick in taking our order and we did not wait very long for the food to arrive,Which was piping hot. would return when we are next there. I was out a bit late so the only place I could book a table for Sunday lunch in the arena at the festival was at Harvester. My expectations were not particular high so you can say I didn't really get disappointed but yes as expected there was nothing to rave about. Got presented with a long list of food that was not available as soon as we entered the door, the wine that was served was not cold and the food was pretty average but as I said basically as expected.

Restaurant was fully booked, but had many empty tables that were assigned for specific groups, so we had to wait for our table because previous people were still eating. We could of taken any of the tables and been out sooner... They had run out of fountain soda and also had limited bottles of coke etc. Starters came but. Using key sauce (as was out of stock). Mains were alright, but quality was not what I’d expect for the price. Overall, disappointed. Staff did there best, but were clearly under pressure and not enough to support the large number of covers.
