If I had to be very picky, I would suggest not serving tomatoes that are out of season, as they aren't nearly as flavorful as the in-season ones. The burrata dish could be enhanced with other seasonal vegetables, like beetroot, or maybe a tomato-based jam or sauce. As for the Korean chicken, while it was delicious, using thigh meat could take it to the next level, and a slightly crunchier batter would improve it even more. Both squash dishes might benefit from a bit more caramelization on the squash. However, these are just minor details—we truly had a wonderful time!"
