"It must be mentioned in advance that the kitchen is decorated and very unusual. we chose the 3 course menu that started with tatar from the ochsen. there was a delicious bread with a dip. at the ochsen was räucheraal with sand thorn and navetten with in play. very interesting on the gaumen. hauptgang consisted of filet and baked by the calf. very excellent. the flesh a dream. the supplements were hardly recognizable and found. we would have wanted a little more of that. the sweet potato was less than half a tablespoon. as dessert, we chose after eight "time different". various components to the thema chocolate were ingeniously combined. that was a high tlight. service but imperfect. in our corner missing a light source. the only ceiling light and candles did not bring it. the wine prices allow a longer stay unfortunately not."

finally again a restaurant with high quality kitchen in hamburg! 2.5 hours we have slept through the most delicious 5 courses and two greetings from the kitchen. here is a bargain, as a delicious and yet an unexpected feigation served by a wonderful service. the menus are just a center of the sweet, but can be offered completely vegan on request. this does not apply to all wine, but they do not have to change the wine with each. best to make a short decision! our evening was not cheap, but will stay safe for a long time. updated from the previous review on 2021-08-15

first, the weeping will stay away. it is served too cold, although the waiter claims it is young and must be served on this wise. it took like 2 dishes before it unfolded its full taste. eating is...nice, locally and made by an experienced cook. the atmosphere can be called cozy. others get a little claustrophobic feeling, as the waiters always pass between the tables and move quickly. we had fun, yes. it was good to eat solid, well prepared. a safe bet. However, there are so many possibilities that go for the same facility in hamburg that I would rather try something new than to visit this restaurant twice.
