"Here we came on recommendation from Dr. Google! We had Pizza Diavolo No.37 and Tonno nr.38 normal size (pictures). Ging fast and was delicious. Price unbeatable. Even a little seat, but when the specified reconstruction is finished (the owner's statement) the rooms are used as guest rooms next door. Sounds like a return visit!!! "Das Alt Heidelberg befindet sich in einem sehr schönen Fachwerkhaus im Herzen Vlotho. Es ist wunderbar restauriert, sehr gediegen und gemütlich. Es gibt eine übersichtliche Speisekarte mit traditionellen Gerichten, vieles mit Rösti und mit Schweizer Namen. Alles war bestens zubereitet und sehr schmackhaft. Die Bedienung war aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, die Preise sind moderat. Man muss sich im Alt Heidelberg einfach wohlfühlen."

"During our week’s stay in the region we visited several restaurants for evening dinner.“Bulgaria/Bei Nico” was one of them. Never been to a Bulgarian restaurant before so we were curious as how the menu would be different than other Balkan restaurants we did visit in the past. What followed was a nice surprise.For a Tuesday evening there were quite a few people inside as we entered around half past seven. A friendly waiter took us to a free table, handed over the menu and served both of us a 2cl glass of ouzo. We both ordered a “Schketo” (tomato-lamb soup) as starter. On the house a mixed salad with bread and four different kinds of sauces was served. Then my wife had a “Misch-masch” (sliced meat with sweet pepper, tomatoes and unions together with a pita bread) as main dish. I myself had a “Topf Sofia” which turned out to be a kind of stew in a ceramic pot with meat balls, pork, lamb, vegetables, egg, sheep’s cheese, salad and Bulgarian potatoes. We could have chosen the usual grill meats, but we didn’t and we don’t regret.Very nice food, sweetly spiced, the meat not as greasy as some other Balkan restaurants and all served with a smile and a joke. Good price/quality, 45 euros for the above, including a 0.3l coke, a 0.5l white beer, a cappuccino and a melnik ice cream (with walnuts and prunes).“Bei Nico” is some 2 kms south of the centre of Bad Oeynhausen, with plenty of free parking space right next to the entrance.If ever around here we would surely visit it again."

"Have ordered today to move with two troops at noon and evening, both times were all very satisfied and the quality has been extremely good as usual. The cheese edge in the pizza was tested today, which is really top. Very friendly driver, unlike other delivery services, not to compare, attentive and competent. Both times were delivered clearly before the time indicated. The only point would be that it would be nice if the pizzas were labeled from the outside, so that you don't have to open every carton for assignment. But otherwise we would even give 10 stars if we were."

"Nach einem anstrengenden Arbeitstag war ich zu Gast in einem Hotel im Kalletal. Wir sind am Abend dann nach Vlotho gefahren um eine Kleinigkeit zu essen. Wir fanden in unmittelbaren Bereich des Parkplatzes diese Mitten in Stadt liegenden Pizzeria, die von aussen sichtbar in einem ehemaligen Hotel seine Heimat hat. Schnell fanden wir auf der großen Karte eine Pizza die uns Ansprach. Nach einer kurzen Wartezeit roch es ein wenig abgebrannt aus der Kochnische. Wir hörten ein kratzendes Geräusch...Und kurze Zeit später bekamen wir dann unsere Pizzen auf den Tisch. Als wir die Pizzen ansahen wussten wir die Antwort zu dem verbrannten Geruch und das kratzende Geräusch. Der sogenannte Pizzabäcker hat versucht den verbrannten Teig durch weg kratzen mit einem Messer die Pizza zu kaschieren. Vom Geschmack her....Ohne Gewürze....Vielleicht weiss man in Vlotho nicht was Oregano ist....aber das gehört einfach auf ..In eine Pizza.....Einmal und nie wieder...Meine Empfehlung an Gäste die Vlotho besuchen... meiden sie diesen Laden.....Ein Stück zu Fuß weiter gibt einen Chinesen...Hot Wok....super lecker und günstig....Leider nicht hier zu bewerten"
