"Having been very pleased with the service and menu choices at the Henny swan previously ,I decided to use it for a celebration birthday meal for my visiting son 60th birthday),his partner and myself .We had a very satisfying lunchtime meal on a Monday , sitting outside as the weather was excellent for late September and the menu choice did not disappoint. The positioning of the Swan by the river is good ,all the servers extremely willing and friendly and I feel it was an excellent celebration. Parking in the overflow carpark is good, we make a point of arriving very early but the road frontage is usually full even then . Great pub, with excellent food and beer. Very comfortable, with attentive and helpful staff. Lovely to sit outside and see the goings-on at the river! Will definitely return on our next visit to the area.

Amazing place to eat, the food is always brilliant and the staff are so nice and friendly. Amazing view of the river with plenty of seats inside and out. Reasonably priced as well for such great quality food! My favourite place for a roast in this area would highly recommend
