"Not long arrived and already regretting it. Walked in to my room and was immediately disappointed. The bed mattress is awful, thin and squeaking. Two very flat pillows. The room is tiny and feels like a hostel at best, with a tiny shower room, tired decor (dirty to some extent) and a general smell. Also the doors are so thin I can hear every word when someone walks past talking. Don’t expect to be getting much sleep as so noisy. Will never come back and can now see from reviews they have had the feedback before and ignored it. Now not surprised when I pulled up the car park is empty, obviously those that know, know. Avoid!!"

Great place to stay, petrol station over the road if needed, near, the Industrial Estate, great food in the pub, nice and a quiet place. Can't ask for more. View menu

Rooms are the most tried I've seen in a Premier Inn. Needs fresh paint and the veneer of the wood is peeling in places. Needs a refurb. Clean and functional as you'd expect, and a comfy bed. Friendly staff.

Quite location plenty parking. Doesn't look like the norm type off Premier. But at least your know premier inns have decent bed. Vending machine on site for snacks. Food places outside pub about 2 miles away by car . But 106 quid I've stayed worse places for more money.

Not what I was expecting from a premier inn. Mattress not as comfy as it should be. Lots of dust growing in the room tbh. The bathroom almost made me sick as it looked like the door hadn’t been opened in days, dirt on the wall. Desk in the room was peeling off. If it wasn’t so late and I hadn’t had a 4 hour drive I would have checked out View menu

Staff are always stupendous! The restaurant is great, with a cosy ambience and a tasty menu. The waiting staff are always friendly and helpful shout out to Dylan, who served the hottest, tastiest breakfast in a while. Special vote of gratitude to Leah, Saskia, Anne and Jess for the warmest of welcomes each and every stay! Love Cardiff East!

Not brilliant. Bar shut at 10 on Friday night and 9:30 on Saturday. Some lights had no bulbs in the room and the heating was an electric radiator plugged into a wall socket. I guess what I am saying is it was very dissapointing. Wouldn 't stay at this one again. Breakfast had little choice on yoghurts, fresh fruit salad looked dry and unappetising. No muffins or pancakes. I could go on.
