"The joy of jumping the tram down to Prenzlauer Berg is the amazing amount of pubs, bars and restaurants that are so laid back that there great places to chill out in and Hirsch Und Eber was a great find for my twin brother Stephen and...I . This is a cool restaurant and bar, great decor and furnishings including a cool looking serving bar and plenty of seating options spread throughout this place both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling streets around Hirsch Und Eber. We were here on a Thursday night and this place was busy with a great atmosphere, after a quick study of the beers on offer we both opted to have a beer from their bottled range and we went for a bottle of Brło Brewery helles, these were served in perfect condition, we got a nice table were we just chilled out and took in the great restaurant and bar we were in. I really enjoy the beers from Brło Brewery, there exciting and innovative beers and popular throughout Berlin My Brło beer was outstandingly good, hoppy, well balanced beer bursting with taste and very easy to drink and a beer style I really enjoyed,my twin brother Stephen also gave the thumbs up to his beer. On this visit I cannot really comment on the meals as we were only here for drinks but I must say that the meals leaving the kitchen looked and smelt delicious and on our next visit to here we are most certainly going to sample their meal menu. We really enjoyed our beers in here and although we only stayed for the one beer before we moved on and for a first time visit we were very impressed with this great restaurant and bar. Hirsch Und Eber is really easy to locate Kollwitzstraße in an area teeming with pubs, bars and restaurants. A great restaurant and bar and well worth checking out."

You get a thin paddy, grocery buns and pre-made fries. Nothing spectacular compared to many other great burger places in Prenzlauer Berg. Spectacular is the price, though. The only good things were the complimentary dips the bottle beer. The concept has way more potential and is just poorly executed.

this opposite is full of restaurants and bars, so with so much choice a restaurant needs a “USP” and this place is safe! great eating, excellent service and a simple but varied menu with some surprises. Never had a wild boarburger, but after eating here I would have one more. somehow this place typifies the opposite trendy, edgy with a chilled vibe I again!

just perfect. they really feel that they are trying to take a common court (burgerfries) and make use of it to a high-class experience. each part of the burger was high quality with love to detail. the unusual combinations work together perfectly and make it a...apparent experience. I had it as a ride. but thanks to the good packaging, the beautiful aesthetic was preserved, and the riders did not get soggy and kept the break and taste!

Was craving a fancy American style burger so I tried the BBQ with cheese, bacon and all the fixings. Wasn't sure beforehand about the wild boar, but the meat tastes clean and fresh. (It was my first burger in 4 years since I stopped eating red meat). The patty is dense, but not overpowering. Not too big a portion, and a good balance of meat to other stuff ratio. Also had the thyme pommes per the friendly waiter's suggestion. They were good, but best to share unless you are starving. Pricey, but you're paying for quality. Burger fries small beer €16
