"Valentine's Day. Instead of overpriced flowers that land a few days later on the composter, we have been eating for a few years now. Since our children have also been born out of love, and we love them, they may of course come along. Since this day is supposed to be something special, a somewhat extravagant shed had to be made. For a long time, the “Historical Fish House” was floating at the entrance of Dresden. The parking lot is always full, and from the “Hörensagen” this is a very fine place. So what was left to me when Valentine's Day was here to order a table for my three girls and me. Halfway in the Dresdner Heide, Zufahrtsschild is probably the oldest guest house in Dresden. The “Historical Fish House” was already mentioned as a “Bierzapfstelle” by 1650. The buildings have been standing since 1476. The fishhouse today has much more to offer to its guests than the over 400-year history and some beer. With much attention to detail, the house was reconstructed and restored, and a place of harmony with gastronomy was created in an atmosphere appealing to the soul. Everything radiates a cozy comfort, as you can only get to know it at a historic house. Some of the heavy bars are still from old time, and are blackened by the open fire. On the rustic furniture you can sit relaxed, the tables provide enough space. For us, however, there was a lack that we sat not far from the big wooden entrance door, and this has no wind catch. So it pulled on our seats every time the door opened. My wife was too much in her place, and she sat down to the children on the wall. Cold feet were still pre-programmed. Guest room with Theke receptions we were kindly assigned by the safe staff, and we were already assigned an employee at the entrance. According to skin color and accent, this was from the North African region, but he understood us very well and was very accommodating. Despite ever worse publicity, he seems to feel comfortable here in the Dresdner North. We also felt good at him. Excerpt from the menu Since I had not found a menu on the net, I was naturally curious about it. This was very rich, creative and seasonal to my astonishment. So the kitchen was still heavily designed for winter. But before we ventured to the menu, we first ordered our drinks. 0.5ér Radeberger Pilsener for 3,90 € As usual I chose a 0.5ér Radeberger Pilsener for 3,90 €, my dearest wished a beacon Pinot Grigio for 6,50 € and the children have chosen a 0.4ér Kiba and a 0.4ér banana winery from the Oese winery for 4,60 € each. 0.4ér Kiba and a 0.4ér banana ectar from the Oese winery for € 4.60 each and a lap Pinot Grigio for € 6.50 All drinks were in place after a few minutes, but we were still busy studying the map. Finally, we decided to start a wild herbs soup a ́4,30 € and a red bean soup with root vegetables and Mediterranean herbs as well as chorizo-Parmesan-Croustinis for 5,60 €. In addition, it should be for us four still the pure garlic with rosemary and Schmand, rich with house-baked olive bread for 5,90 €. As main foods our smallest fried fresh trout with almond splinters, and on their desire with self-made potato pulp for €14.80. Our Great was quite enjoyable with their Tagliatelle with rocket, cherry tomatoes in goat cheese cream, crispy pchinks and parmesan for €11.80. My wife fluctuated between fish and meat for a long time, but ultimately decided to fried on fried root vegetables with Mediterranean herbs and spelt rice for €13.90. Last but not least, I was allowed to fried my winter carving from the stag in the Printen-Rosmarin-Kruste, with ginger honey and butterspätzle for €15.90. Just half an hour after order, the hunger was clearly noticeable, our three appetizers finally came to the table. Wild herbs soup a ́4,30 € The poison green wild herbs soup a ́4,30 € was a cream soup with some herbs upstairs and probably a lot more inside. At any rate, she tasted very clearly to say it with the words of the children, after weeds. The two little girls and I also had a spoon at the expense, my wife tasted the soup excellent. Red bean soup with root vegetables and Mediterranean herbs as well as chorizo-Parmesan-Croustinis for 5,60 € I was looking forward to my red bean soup with root vegetables and Mediterranean herbs as well as chorizo-Parmesan-Croustinis for 5,60 €, which with a slightly needy, brownish consistency came and thick color. The red beans partially seasoned, some herbs inside and also several Croustinis. My wife didn't like this soup, so the little daughter repeatedly asked for a taste which I gave her unwillingly from the delicious soup. Baguette for the appetizers Both soups were served with still fresh and warm baguettes. Aproned garlic with rosemary and Schmand, rich with home-baked olive bread for 5,90 € As the latter we had ordered the seasoned garlic with rosemary and Schmand, rich with home-baked olive bread for 5,90 €. To the children, the garlic dip has boiled, I loved the olive bread, my wife didn't like both. The dip was creamy and plentiful with garlic, but not too sharp. The olive bread was slightly pappy, which was probably due to the baked olives. I still found it delicious. Fifty minutes(50! After order, our main foods finally came around the corner. My wife had already slightly acidified, but neighboring tables that came later had their main dishes on the table for some time. Well. fresh trout fried with almond splinters, and on their desire with self-made potato pulp for 14.80 € The fresh trout fried with almond splinters, and on their desire with self-made potato bread for 14.80 € of my little raged over the whole plate. Buttersoft fried, pleasantly seasoned, crispy skin. This was an eyewitness and tastefully top. fresh trout fried with almond splinters, and on their desire with self-made potato bread for 14,80 € Also the four large balls of self-made potato bread were very good, by many small potato slices it was also noticed that this was made itself. A large salad plate with fresh salad of the season. Not bad. Tagliatelle with rocket, cherry tomatoes in goat cheese cream, crispy pchinks and parmesan for 11,80 € The Tagliatelle with rocket, cherry tomatoes in goat cheese cream, crispy pchinks and parmesan for 11,80 € of the Great were also not bad. The Tagliatelle pleasantly spicy and bite-resistant. The cherry tomatoes fruity, on top abundant fresh rocket and parmesan. Only the crispy ham was not really enjoyable. Bone hardy fried and salty-bäh. Chicken breast fried in honey-shell shell on fried root vegetables with Mediterranean herbs and spelt rice for 13.90 € Also the chicken breast in honey-shell shell fried on fried root vegetables with Mediterranean herbs and spelt rice for 13.90 € my wife had to leave feathers. Dinkelreis quite pappy, a little root vegetables in between. The chicken breast quite dry, but well seasoned for it. However, the same sauce as my deer carving. How can that be? Is there only one pot of sauce in the kitchen? And my wife wasn't satisfied in terms of quantity. Actually, a petty woman, she wouldn't have been fed without an appetizer. Oha..... Winter carving from the deer in the Printen-Rosmarin-Kruste fried, with ginger honey and butterspätzle for 15,90 € On the other hand, my winter carving from the deer fried in the Printen-Rosmarin-Kruste, with ginger honey-tubes and butterspätzle for 15,90 €, which was already half a plate. The Schnitzel tastefully through the deer meat something quite different, even from the dark meat colour, in need of reconciliation. The crust pleasantly crispy, the meat unfortunately often a bit too tough and shiny. The late zle also boiled abundantly and bite-resistant, the small tubes with ginger back to taste. A large stick of dark chicken winter carving sauce rounded off the whole thing. A little more I had already promised. To cleanliness: who likes blackened walls and blankets, and feels comfortable in an old house is right here. Hygienic from our point of view perfectly, durh the dark deposits but in need of reconciliation. Conclusion: with cold feet and stiff necks through the cold air, the evening gradually passed. A wind catch would not be bad. The long waiting period for food did not necessarily improve the mood. That then the dishes were not so perfect, perhaps our high expectations. We left 96 Euronen in the Historical Fish House and think, expect more and often get more. A nice and original excursion destination. But our number one won't be. The next Valentine's Day will come and I'll go back to the search for my favorites."

the fish house is very traditionally oriented and has an excellent service. vulnerability is great and unfortunately this is no longer self-evident. they feel like being seen and eating are just delicious. for us the restaurant gets a thick 1. ines and dirt from radebeul

Uriges Gasthaus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Recht dunkel, aber dank Kerzen romantisch. Speisekarte umfangreich, recht viel Lesestoff. Bedienung freundlich. Gastraum voller Gäste, dennoch recht zügig Essen erhalten. Hat ganz gut geschmeckt, aber nicht überwältigend. Bratkartoffeln z.B. angebrannt. View menu

something for gourmet, friendliness and service is big written. suitable for rendevous, family events and a meeting with friends. the toilets are kept clean and the whole restaurant places one to the lake with its decorations and gnade. everything is not time to consider, because eating is a good thing.

the fishhouse restaurant is beautifully located in the dresdner heathide. after a nice walk you can take a good break. otherwise it is a little remote if you are not just close to the heat. the selection on the map is very large and the ingredients of the season adapted. I was there in autumn, there were fresh mushrooms. as an appetizer I ate a suppe that was really delicious. the prices are also ok. it is not a fast snack but a restaurant. and the service was friendly and accommodating. this review applies to any rental interested because of the beautiful pictures in the internet we wanted to celebrate our high time here. we have planned a very generous budget, but shocked by the inflexibility and inflexibility of the management assistant! this led us extremely reluctantly around and refused to contact with the management for all flat-rate agreements. the buffet prices are quite paved and in a height where they can expect drinks-epau dishes and particularly friendly staff...both misdisplay. the rooms are quite beautiful, but they should not be able to break their special day by such unfriendly staff and expensive buffet prices!

"On our relatively spontaneous journey to Saxony and Thuringia, Dresden was of course also on the programme. In the Saxon capital I can regularly travel professionally, but for my loved one it was the first visit and of course also the magic of Elbflorenz worked with him. Only this beauty there in the crowd can be something overwhelming and particularly time-consuming. It fits perfectly into our daily planning that the enjoyment studio opens its doors for a gourmet lunch exclusively on Sunday. For a long time I wanted to enjoy the youngest star restaurant in the striking and pale taste of Dresden. on and out were relaxed, cost-effective and wine-friendly with the tram; the stop is only above the intersection. Of course, we didn't let it take us to admire the Waldschlösschen bridge, which is very close to the Dresden Elbtal, a UNESCO World Heritage site. I found the vaulted construction quite apart, but whether quite or ugly, traffic necessary or tax grave no longer to discuss. We turned them back, saw the river left in the most beautiful midday sun, in the distance the Canaletto Panorama and on the right side the impressive Imperial Age Villa, in whose souterrain the siblings Marcus and Nicole Blonkowski want to offer according to their own estimate “Creative cuisine from the finest!”. From the main entrance several steps lead to the restaurant. A door to the garden could display a flat entrance; Unfortunately, I forgot to see it. Arriving in the cellar vault, we immediately felt comfortable. The warm sandstone walls, brick ceilings, some daylight from obliquely above, supported by many lamps, and above all the breakthroughs between the rooms create cosiness without “lit” effect. This is also countered by the clear furnishings, the rich lilac of the cozy club chair and modern art. Our hostess functioned professionally and politely in the service, our wishes were received, even in the menu that was actually requested on a table, changes in number and composition were possible without problems. A supportive young man was already on the way to good service and at the end we met another gentleman who impressed us with friendly sovereignty. All my powers are included in the assessment. We chose both from the two lunch menus 5 courses for very cheap €64! and after this responsible decision “deserved”. Ruinart rosé is presented in a glass-like studio. This is not exactly the cheapest bottle fermentation from French countries, but 25€ per glass are already an announcement for a non-year in Germany. Factor 3 or more will generate costs as a contribution to coverage. Lunch break “Mischkalkulation”. In order to save the owners, it should also be pointed out that otherwise "payable" prices are mentioned in the special wine card. More. In advance, it is necessary to report a real annoyance of completeness and truthfulness, although I am probably resurrected. But we were served a sparkling wine that tasted like sleepy feet. Almost no more perlage. You could taste and even see at first glance. And we were the first guests on Saturday at 12 a.m. with the opening. What else can I assume when the bottle was opened at Eve and was not even optimally stored? Obviously it hurts economically to write an almost complete bottle of Ruinart. But either this should be in the lush calculation, or you can help lie in the evening with a little trouble before you uncorrect something new at the end. But the next night is rehearsing the standing stuff? This is stepless and does not fit this otherwise convincing star restaurant. There was a fresh substitute for inconspicuously informed criticism without marmots, but also without insight. This even disturbed the sweet fan, otherwise the mother Teresa of restaurant criticism. This explains the evaluation for the otherwise very good performance in the service. Cut the theme. Back to the extremely evaporated wine map, whose only 12 positions plus a number of open almost completely rely on Saxon products, with some Saale Unstrut. At least for me almost only unknown names. This is a courageous concept of regional support that must be respected. Of course, not too much capital is placed in the basement. Whether this is the reason for the friendly prices can be doubted. Perhaps an additional promotion of local winemakers and their beautiful drops? Either way, when you call from about 30€ to less than 50€, some speak for a second bottle. In the very early hour of the day we enjoyed a Pinot Blanc from the steep slopes of the Meissen Winery Mariaberg €38. By the way, the wine is cultivated by Stefan Bönsch from Dresden Langebrück, whose own sweet but surprisingly complex barn plant S convinced us on the recommendation of Mrs. Wirtin an dessert and cheese. Of course, the bottle of the Saxon mineral water at the end of the summer was stolen by 5.9€, now by 50 cents more. The bare tables were clearly covered. Nice misconduct, but a flat drawer in the table was well sorted... A fresh Brie foam with crispy artichokes and clearly accentuated love was hidden under a coral chip from red prayer. No eucalyptus, but still... On the other hand, a cube of forest mushroom and truffle sluice that seemed good, instead of penetrant. Both have been absolutely successful. The loose olive rosemary muffin also fell and went with the accompanying tomato butter to the first plate that followed the love apple in textures and temperatures. With Mozzarella ice cream and various good-lived herbs, Marcus Blonkowski played with the theme Caprese, to which he added Olive. It followed an intense essence of beef, class in meat flavor that the service at the table angoss. Thus the insert, actually a two-layer, had its solo appearance: a large cannelono in braid or perhaps a leaf optics filled with shots from the rose. And a gel roll of white port with vegetables Brunoise and Crème of red port. The alcohol and fruit notes on the meat of the broth were again a hand-made interesting modification of known taste patterns. This band is also very beautiful! As an interlude I had moved to the vegetarian department to tastefully strong, sadly some sandy plums along with their handmade "declinations" and crispy fresh asparagus on a thick slice loose napkin noodles. And of course the mushroom. And of course with the foam of butterflies! both later poured and added dropwise to Pallhuber"
