"This restaurant is tucked away, quite far from the city centre, but it is definitely worth taking the effort to find it as the food is simply fantastic. There is a huge array of dishes to chose from, including many seasonal dishes, so there really is something for everyone (don't let the name "Fischhaus" fool you into thinking they only do fish dishes - this is definitely not the case! There was also a kids menu). The menu was so diverse that it really was tricky to make a decision as it all sounded so great - the perfect excuse to go back! :) From the "Herbstkarte" (autumn menu) I had the pumpkin soup followed by pork medallions with seasonal vegetables - simply delicious!! The atmosphere is also great in this restaurant - candle-lit tables create a cosy feel to the place, topped off by a fireplace. The staff were also very friendly.The prices are excellent considering the high-quality of food. You pay around about the same price you would in the tourist centre (my 2 courses and a drink came to around €23), but for a much higher standard of food. So if you want to treat yourself to some real local grub, Fischhaus is the place to do it!"

Potatoes were hard, frozen cucumber salad, the fish tasteless! Too bad we were always very happy. It was offered only trout that as a historical fish house?

Uriges Gasthaus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Recht dunkel, aber dank Kerzen romantisch. Speisekarte umfangreich, recht viel Lesestoff. Bedienung freundlich. Gastraum voller Gäste, dennoch recht zügig Essen erhalten. Hat ganz gut geschmeckt, aber nicht überwältigend. Bratkartoffeln z.B. angebrannt.

Ja, die Speisekarte ist schlecht lesbar, ja es ist nicht gerade Economy, aber trotzdem: Das Essen war gut, das Personal freundlich und die Atmosphäre am offenen Kamin bei -10 Grad draussen war wirklich sehr angenehm. Unprofesionall bewertet? Ich denke es gibt einfach "Gesamtkunstwerke" die man nicht allzu sehr sezieren sollte.

Wir hatten an einem Sonntag-Mittag nicht vorbestellt; was für eine Frechheit von uns! Eine männliche Servicekraft ließ uns das entsprechend spüren, wir kamen uns vor wie in der guten, alten DDR (siehe Motto). Es ging mit uns anderen Leuten auch so. Ich finde, man kann mit Gästen durchaus anders umgehen. So etwas rächt sich langfristig, auch in Dresden.

Waren jetzt schon zum zweiten mal im Fischhaus und wurden auch dieses mal nicht enttäuscht. Historisches Ambiente, da passt alles. Liebevoll gestaltete Speisekarte und Gerichte, die man sicher so nicht alle Tage und überall bekommt. Die Speisen waren sehr schmackhaft und ansprechend angerichtet. Das Personal ist höflich und zuvorkommend. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Der Jugendstilsaal im Obergeschoss ist sehenswert und sollte bei einem Besuch auf jeden Fall besichtigt werden. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. Man sollte aber vorbestellen, sonst könnte es mit den Plätzen nicht klappen.

Das Historische Fischerhaus ist wundervoll im Grünen gelegen. Aber ...... es hat sicher schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, aussen und innen. Im Restaurent konnte man kaum die Karte entziffern, es war sehr dunkel und auch sehr eng. Die Speisekarte ist nicht gut angelegt, etwas unübersichtlich. Speisen gibt es reichlich, doch die Qualität ist nicht das, was das Restaurant verspricht. Für gehobene Preise erwartet man eben auch was besonderes. Tolle Namen für Gerichte reichen nicht ...der Geschmack und die Anrichteweise entscheiden . Das war leider nicht gegeben.Dazu kommt Personal, welches sehr schnippisch und unfreundlich auf Fragen und Wünsche reagiert. Schade ....

wurde mir auch durch das historische Fischerhaus beschert. Die Wahl für eine Familienfeier file auf deises Restaurant und ich war über die Maßen überrascht, denn scheinbar versteht man es hier, den Begriff gastronomische Gastfreundlichkeit zur Firmephilosophie zu erheben. Die Tafeln waren liebevoll eingedeckt und der Außenbereich zum Thema passend dekoriert. Die Überraschung für mich um so mehr, das Spiegelbild der Tafel befand sich im Inneren des Restaurants als vorbereitete Schlechtwettervariante, die wir zu unserem Glück nicht beanspruchen mussten. Aber die Weitsicht hat mich begeistert. Hier negativ erwähnte Kommentare über ein unfreundliches Personal und den Service kann ich nicht teile...
