"it is a typical Munich beer garden. that is, self-service is recommended. as usual, you can also bring your own food, the drinks are available at the sun. besides gayshaxe, hendl and rollerbows there are often also plugfish. the big fryinges are baked themselves and are accordingly fresh. the meat is sometimes dry, probably because it was kept too long warm. at the weekend is often offered live music and the dancing leg is swinging. for families with children, this is an ideal place, not only because of the playground you can keep from sitting well in the eye. the measure is not always well gifted, but will be presented on request without any problems. the best beer garden of dunes it is certainly not worth a visit anyway."

Quiet and relaxing beer garden. Food is a little bit cheaper than most of other beer gardens while beers are on the same level. I only had a beer after a walk in the park. If you are walking around Westpark and need a break with some refreshments it is a good stop. View menu

during a spontaneous visit in the beer garden we have very much over the condition of the benches (painted on all benches, clothing threads pulled) and the cleanliness of the tables annoyed.A weinschorle in the self-service 6.90 €, comparable a raised restaurant garden with tablecloth and nice service 4.90 €.

eating is quite expensive, the portions quite small. spare ribs are only heated, not properly grilled is the zapfer, extremely unholyd and makes the measure so full that it overflows, and you have a sticky rake glass in the hand. at a mixing ratio of 70:30, it also tastes only pappsweet. live music is great and who likes to dance. if west park, then prefer rosengarten.

unfortunately no more secret tip, but despite the rush in the frame of basketball games of the fc bayern dunes well organized - it is always a pleasure to spend the time in the beer garden. Price/performance ratio is quite given and for every taste, whether for large or small and young as old, what is there. since years of firm insistence in our family (like the second living room or the second terrace with pampering character) View menu

I must say, this is not my favorite biergarten in Munich, but it was nice nonetheless. It is relatively small, and sort of hidden in West Park. I liked the fact that it wasn't very crowded, but I think that may change once the weather gets better. There was a little park nearby for children to play, it seems like a nice family atmosphere. The chicken they serve was very good, the potato salad left a little something to be desired, but the krautsalat was tasty. All in all it is a relatively nice place to enjoy a warm day, but it is not my favorite place.

Went to Westpark today and came across this lovely beer garden. It's not the huge biergarten you expect but it is really nice. The beer is great, the brazel is amazing and the Obatzda was very good. The prices are quite reasonable and of course you can bring your own food if you like. There are loads of food choices and the usual biergarten food like Chicken, Schwinebraten, ribs and salads and so on. Everything looked good and the staff were very polite. Short walk away from the biergarten is a small lake and there were tons of families out BBQ'ing and enjoying the sunshine. A great place and I would happily return anytime. This one marks my 700th review on Yelp :

"Indian restaurants are becoming almost as ubiquitous in Munich as Italian restaurants lately, or so it would seem. So why did I give this one get 5 stars? In part because Yelp doesn't allow for half star ratings and I didn't feel right giving four after my wonderful dinner experience there and the excellent meals my guy has had there before me. Kamasutra is close to his work and we had dinner here after him and work friends raved about this place for lunch. They've only been open for about three months but it's a regular lunch stop for them now. One thing I noticed early on, they do not take shortcuts. Great care is put into food and service. The menu is varied, good selection of wine and cocktails too. Service was friendly and attentive from start to finish. The interior is more modern and sleek than most Indian resto's. But what about the FOOD? We were in curry heaven. I had a jumbo shrimp curry and he had a chicken vindaloo. Sauces for both were rich, had complex, nuanced flavors and were not greasy or oily. And when they say spicy, they mean spicy, so for those of you lamenting the lack of proper spice level, make your way here NOW. If you don't want your curry toned down for the German palate, do have some here. Lovely garlic naan, very generous serving of good basmati. Delicious mango cream for dessert and real chai that wasn't syrupy sweet. Kamasutra is a real gem and a welcome addition to Munich."
