"I booked a room for 2 adults and a baby. By phone they told me that there was a room with two single beds for €140 on the weekend. Then I asked them if there was space to bring the travel cot for the little one. They themselves offered me to put an extra bed and it seemed ok. I did not receive any further information about it. Upon arrival we requested the extra bed since they had not put it. The last day when we went to pay, my surprise was that they charged us €38 more for that extra bed. An extra amount of which we were never informed. In fact, my intention was to take the co-sleeping crib, but when he offered me the extra bed, I accepted. Obviously if a minute before they had told me the price of the room and at that moment they didn't tell me that there was a supplement, I took it for granted that it was free. Since in many places it is for babies. I finally paid as I didn't want to argue and I understand that maybe I should have asked and made sure. But I still think that there was a big communication failure on their part that cost me an extra €38 and that logically left a bad taste in our mouths from our stay."

Great hostel to spend a couple of nights. The rooms that face the river and the mountains are phenomenal. The food is delicious and the quantities abundant. I will repeat for sure. Plus they are super friendly! Recommended Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

I spent a night there after a Pyrenean crossing. We had 10 people for dinner, they have a menu for 21 euros with rich and generous dishes. The breakfast the next day was also spectacular, with the only limit being not to waste food and always a smile from the staff. Definitely recommendable Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet, Great value

We went to eat because it was one of the few places in Bielsa that allows dogs (on the terrace). Battle menu and price is not cheap, but understandable for the area in which it is located. They were very very very slow, it took 45 minutes to serve us a salad... In total we spent two hours to eat the menu (which was salad grilled chops). The waitresses did what they could, it looked like they were short staffed Service: 1 Location: 4 View menu

I went for a couple of days and the place is not bad, the food is too expensive for what it is, the waitresses were very nice considering how tight the staff was, since there were two waitresses while everything was full. The managers of the premises were quite unpleasant with the staff, having bad answers and unjustified manners towards them in front of all the clients, without any type of respect or self-restraint. For that reason alone it is not worth going back to a place where the treatment is so regular. Also the views and the location were quite good. Rooms: 2 Service: 3 Location: 3

It is a super cozy giant house. The service is very good, everything clean and tidy. The people who work there are very loving and approachable. The breakfast was very rich and abundant. The bar terrace has very good views of Bielsa and the mountains, and you are in the center just a stone's throw away across a small bridge. Breakfast starts at 8 but if you leave earlier they can prepare something to take away. I thought it was a great detail for early-rising mountaineers. Great and to repeat. The only thing I couldn't bring my dog because they don't allow pets. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
