"We ate two nights and we took a menu: 1x menu du terroir for 35 euros and once the menu du plaisir for 90 euros with adjusted wines. There were some delicious dishes in both menus, but there were some really weak dishes. By the wines, a name was soon named, and that was it. The desserts we thought of both menus were very weak. The sorbets were badly executed and a cream brullé with peach in, really isn't my thing. Put a salad with shrimp on the menu and then finally come off with pink shrimp. All right, gray shrimp are currently expensive, but the menu wasn't cheap and more than you'd like it to be about pink shrimp. Some clients ordered. The same menu or a less menu than us and got two aperitive appetites while we only got one? Fortitude of the service. A girl from that service had a lot of attention to a table that she clearly knew the guests, and that's all right, but then you have to make sure that there's still plenty of attention to the other clients, and you don't forget to bring them to some tables. At least it was business that ran me into a restaurant that isn't exactly cheap after all. Professionality may cost, but there should be. The main dish of the expensive menu with nooy of ree was also very delicious and perfectly baked."

that's a classic. bourgeois, good, thirsty, great price- performance ratio. nothing experimental or modern, but for france exactly what you want!

We were very impressed by the food at this place. Delicious specialities and the prices are decent, considering the quality of the products. The service was also very friendly and the wine recommendation perfect! Happy to return someday

apart from the decor that scares almost, the kitchen is appreciable. everything has been traditional but at the top and well managed. quality/price ratio not too bad. I recommend this restaurant to people who would be passing through wissembourg or even to the inhabitants.

a rustic hotel with a very central yet quiet location. restaurants, bars, attractions to walk quickly. parking at the hotel close but in the surroundings ok. very friendly staff. room newly renovated, large and clean. wissembourg was for us the starting point for hikes in the dahner rocksenland.

We ate twice at Au Cygne. Despite our poor French the staff were very helpful and the food was delicious. Our 9year old Granddaughter had the chicken twice and loved it, particularly the sauce. She also loved the chocolate desert that was beautifully presented. If...only we lived in Wissembourg we would visit more often.

passing through alsace with the director of our company we have lunch with our customers at the swan. quality setting that lost its letter of nobility .certes the good cuisine, but it lacks the thing that makes hhhmm .at dessert there were not the products offered on the card damage . The swan remains good, but not unforgettable!

At the beginning, we had seen at the entrance of this restaurant on a table "entrance-plat 15 euros" being quite pressurized we entered and a hostess installed us in the restaurant room. We were surprised to have a map but not with the prices or the choice offered at the entrance. Maybe the hostess should have asked us before we got into what we wanted. It is always that we have not been disappointed with the quality of products and service worthy of a good gourmet restaurant. Small flat, maybe not enough choice on the map. The prices are still in the category "very expensive".Despite all I will recommend this restaurant.
