"We tested this restaurant which, according to some, was worth the detour. We were disappointed. we took the menu at 54 €/person and frankly the dishes were good, but the kitchen without research. with the meat, the accompaniment was a triangle of polenta on which an apple was placed with its red fruits, a spoon of celery purée and a chaplain with mushrooms. I mean, it's really any. It was missing more than the fagot of green beans! dessert had been announced as a sample of mignardises... it was actually a basic gourmet coffee without coffee! a mistled cream a little liquid, a banana ice ball on a little pie, a mini financier of the size of the first phalange of the little finger, a little something with salty butter caramel and a small sand (size of a piece of €2) on which was laid a small tip of chocolate mousse. As for the wine, we took a new castle from the pope to €48, it was not done at all. The chablis was too expensive as well. In summary, we think that the price of this menu would be more just at 28-30 €, the price we paid is not justified. a this amount, we can hope to get out of the table with a memory of something striking. We won't go back to this restaurant. Maybe we were too much illusion?"

This restaurant is pricey, but the quality of food and the service is very good. We took a menu of 38 euros with a main dish. A big trout with baked almonds. Perfectly executed. If we ever stay in the neighborhood again, I'll definitely come back here.

This Restaurant is a little more upmarket and expensive than most in the middle of Wissembourg, but it is worth every penny. The food my girlfriend and I had was exceptional. The staff were attentive and friendly but not overbearing, the setting was lovely and the interior was smart and polished. If I am working in Wissembourg again I will undoubtedly be returning. Highly recommended. View menu

from the ambiente you could also expect bus trips here. our reservation had been forgotten, the seating was very tight, the atmosphere was rather in the direction of Vereinsheim-Resto, but already very well maintained. at the food there was nothing "de jure" to mean, but also nothing that would inspire a lasting one. no comfy, no lust for a glass wein to stay. summa summarumu.E. too expensive.

in the la walk we were back to dinner at short notice. the open and bright design of the restaurant always ensures a brightening of the mind. The friendly reception and the professional bypass (you may not say at all) we feel as wonderful again and again.About eating there are really no negative comments. thunfischtartartar, rinderfilet and the mixed dessert...a poem. The la walk remains the best option in wissembourg.

a beautiful place, a very smiling welcome, a pro, discreet and efficient service. We opt for the surprise menu... because all the à la carte dishes made us water in the mouth! and there comes the turtle tartar, what a fineness! We continue with roast shrimp, Thai broth a marvel! The meat dish is coming. Lamb chops, garlic crust and parsley, chief. I still have this perfume in my mouth... a magician of tastes and cooking! dessert, I'll ask again. our next move!!!! and congratulations to the whole team, very soon

we went to eat with family, 4 people, one evening of March 2017. We let ourselves try with the menu at €54 "depending on the mood of the chef".First couac: when we ask the waitress what dishes make up this menu, it is unable to answer and must ask in the kitchen. Moreover, what was not our surprise when we were told that the suggestion of the day was a steak sauce. a brewery dish in a fancy restaurant? Funny... in the lobby, fat liver. Good, but nothing very original. First dish: reddish. Personally, I found it very good, probably the best dish on the menu.Second dish: deer medallion. Good, but no more. No special originality. For dessert: a assortment of small desserts. disappointing. an ex...

"The four stars are due to the Google system, because I can 't enter 4.5. It 's a shame, a bit of precision is lost and you inevitably do the restaurant an injustice. “During the week” there is an extremely inexpensive Menu Bistrot for €25. For the Germans in words: FÜFUNDZWANZIG. Three gears! Here you can get a rump steak without any side dishes... My wife and I had all variations, the photos are just my dishes. Starter: Fresh rump steak tartare in a generous portion, very delicately seasoned with Moutarde à l 'ancien and plenty of capers perfect. Main course Morel crusted chicken breast with French fries. You notice the price and the economic constraints, the crust would of course have been much tastier with fresh morels (in May... but let 's leave that alone). The meat was prepared to perfection, not a bit dry or fibrous. Nowadays, dessert would probably be described as a chocolate brownie with a liquid center. Served lukewarm. 1 liter bottle of sparkling water for €5, piconbière for €4 that 's again inexpensive. Wine list purely French, but covering the most important regions. Calculation fair, the wines are fine. But for something really good you can expect around €40. At some point the landlord has to earn something! It 's unimaginable to see something like this served in a tourist hotspot on the banks of the Lauter. The terraces are less attractive than the indoor bridge over the Lauter you can hardly see any of the idyllic sight."
