"Today we returned after a couple of years. Meanwhile management has changed...but not the kitchen...remains of tradition.. . The place has not changed and remained pleasant. The menu is limited to three or four appetizers, as many first and second dishes.... all strictly of the tradition vercellese- Piedmontese.... and so we order two appetizers with veal petals with tonnata sauce and fassona line accompanied with the cauda wet......both of quality and good but I would say very delicate. . . Cuoco, go, panissa, find... I ate my first panissa maybe five years cooked by my grandmother according to the classic recipe, cooked in the tinned copper pot and on the economic stove.... since then I tasted so many and many others and, as much as you appreciate all, the differences I always rimarcate. And so also here I order the panissa...and, even good for cooking rice, just the beans and mantle... but you can't see enough the salam d'la duja....so a very delicate panissa. My wife's ravioli very good. All I've got with a good glass of foggy. we end with the tortino on local hazelnut cream and a bunet to their recipe. Good. Good service, average prices and prices. euro. we will return to get more interesting dishes in seconds."
