we were here on Monday night. the place was almost full. the service was a bit chaotic, but they were friendly. eating was very tasteful. we're coming back here.

good price, my teller was very spicy, and so they told me. but it was well cooked. my wife had good garnel and many of them. could be here again if I wanted to eat Chinese.

Food quality is good and quite authentic. Just the portion is too small given the price. Hot pot is expensive. Paid 30 euros still hungry. Considering that hotpot is basically self service no cook is need to prepare the dish), it is really expensive.

probably because it is in heidelberg, this place is quite high. hot pot in china is a very social concept. this place sucked the soul out of it. hot pots should be divided, but here everyone gets an individual. eating as...already detailed by a recent reviewer is in small quantities and is overpriced.

My fiancé and I have been traveling around Europe for two weeks, and have been craving Asian food, especially hot pot. We came from big cities in America where we could find many authentic hot pot restaurants. Given it's a small town in Germany, I...didn't expect to find one just as good and authentic! The owner was also very nice. Highly recommend for Chinese and non-Chinese alike!

There is a dearth of authentic Asian restaurants in Germany, and while there are some differences here to the original Chinese cuisine, this certainly comforts the stomach. The smaller boiing soup bowls are probably the biggest difference, which is hardly a complaint when you are...dipping Chinese cabbage into a delicious and spicy ma la The smells and tastes are the real deal. Saturday night was about 70% full, so perhaps no booking needed for small groups.

After having tried and loved hot pot in China I was thrilled to find a place like that opening in my neighborhood. The place is simple and small. The pricing is very moderate and by the nature of the food easily adjustable. You choose a...variety of ingredients that you cook yourself in a selection of soups (hot pot), choices as you like: spicy, fish, vegetables etc. Kids love it to do their food themselves and so it's one of my son's favorites and place of choice of his little cousin when visiting. For people like me, living twenty years in Shanghai, away from my home in Karlsruhe, it is very important,meow authentic food in a Chinese restaurant is, when I visit such place in Germany. This one gets five points here definitely. We came wit ha group...of ten on a Sunday for lunch, and apparently, the restaurant was not quite well prepared for such groups, so service was a bit slow. But on other hand: real Chinese starters, real Chinese Hot Pot, delicious like I never had it better outside China... Absolutely enjoyable, and well prepared. Today’s temperatures took a dip below 10 degrees C just the right weather for hotpot! For those of you who are not familiar with this authentic Chinese meal it’s a fun communal way of eating. A simmering metal pot of broth is placed...at the center of the dining table, and it is heated throughout the meal. Various ingredients are placed into the pot and cooked at the table.
