"Very, very delicious food! We had burgers (vegetarian and not vegetarian) and they were very juicy and rich. The Pommes also very good. The ingredients are either homemade or regional. The owners and staff are very friendly and also like to take time for a short conversation. Therefore, we have been there again and are very happy to come back! "the restaurant is located in a very beautiful place in todtnau mountain and has a beautiful view of the surroundings of the restaurant. the building itself is beautiful and appealing. the personal is friendly. we had a carpacio and trout for beginners. the trout was beautiful, the carpacio was pork and a bit thick cut. for the main course we both ordered a carving that was on average: the meat was a bit thick, the crust was crispy and beautifully seasoned, but the carving was accompanied only by riders, no sweet beside a leaf salate, a baby tomato and a disc lemon. a few days before we ate a carving at engels, who had a more fat crust, but with a free salatable and was several euro cheaper. we think both restaurants are just as good a choice with the extremely busy engels with the better price-performance ratio. when we wanted to order desert, there was only a limited choice (cheese, cake, ice or whisper from the menu). when we wanted to take a look at the choice of the dead, it turned out that there is no one. we ended up with a tee and coffee instead, a bit dissatisfied."

"We were recently on vacation at Todtnau. We have already been refreshed by this great Italian. And he's really great! In the end we were 4 times there from 7 days on holiday! Opposite the restaurant, a tree-lined avenue leads to the Todtnauer church, which looks down on a hill towards the busy highway. In front of the restaurant there are beautiful places on a fountain overlooking the Baumgasse and the church. Inside, the Hotel Restaurant/Pizzeria is beautifully decorated, with a lot of style and taste. Rooms are equipped with dark solid wood. The walls are walled and provided with subtle lights and black white pictures. On the right side of the restaurant are the particularly sought-after seats overlooking a walled oven where you can observe its pizza during its creation. Behind the counter is a mega espresso machine made of felt gold, which makes so delicious espresso or espresso Macchiato as we previously only drank in Italy. The controls are nice and a little set up, even if the shop is full. Where we come to my recommendation: to book in advance, otherwise you will not get a seat. Free parking is available on the side street, where you can also get a place at night when the restaurant is full. The food is also great. And that is not excessively formulated. The menu is big and for every taste is what. We have eaten during our visits: Gnocchi with Parma ham in Gorgonzola sauce, Tri Pasti, Carving Milanese, Crab Pizza, Pizza with rocket, Parma ham and Parmesan, baked Torteloni with minced meat and mushrooms, fitness salad and Tagliatelle with a spinach cream sauce. Everything very tasty and dressed with love. We sat every time, especially because we couldn't give up a side dish salad, which was simply great again with a delicious Frenchdressing, leaf salad, cucumbers, tomatoes, rocola and carrots: . In the afternoon we also enjoyed a tiramisu, latte Macchiato and an ice chocolate. So it's worth a visit. The price is still affordable, we are at 2nd with appetizer and espresso afterwards; so at 35 €, this is for quality, in my opinion. For us was the only thing that Bella Italia is so far from home; , we would have such an Italian with us, we would probably be a guest at least once a week. Great recommendation, especially for holidaymakers in the Todtnau Air Bath in the Black Forest."

"The resturante is very cozy and partly modern, the first impression was very clean. We've been sitting at 6 on a table that I think was for 4 people. Despite reservation 2 days before) So I sat at the head end and was disturbing all the time for the sparkling waiters. The resturant has been well visited and also dogs are allowed in this resturant. When the dishes were taken, there were 2 confusions, so two friends got a wrong pizza from me. I ate the cannelonie from the day card. I got my food last, my friends were almost ready to eat. I got a hot pot with 3 cannelonies and anoesthet dimensional sauce and cheese! In addition, I had to ask for a spoon two times, because obviously the food could not be eaten without a whole cutlery. Prices are moderately higher. My food was not delicious, and I was disappointed by the staff. I wouldn't go to eat there for a second time."

"Wir haben 5 wunderschöne Tage im Naturparkhotel Grüner Baum verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer und das ganze Haus sind sehr gepflegt und sauber, die Atmosphäre gemütlich und fast schon familiär. Hier ist der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter wirklich ganz toll, besser geht es nicht. Großes Lob an die Küche, das Essen war fantastisch. Wunderbares Frühstücksbüffet. Unsere beiden Hunde waren willkommen und man konnte direkt aus dem Hotel raus zum Gassigehen auf ruhigen Wegen. Das Hotel liegt für Ausflüge in die schöne Umgebung perfekt, zwar direkt an der Straße, aber durch die super isolierten Fenster war vom Strassenlärm im Hotel nichts zu hören. Das Schwimmbad im Partnerhotel Waldhotel am Notschrei darf genutzt werden und ist schnell erreichbar. Leider hatten wir keinen Schnee, sonst hätten wir prima skifahren können, denn der Skilift liegt direkt hinter dem Hotel. Auf jeden Fall war alles sehr schön, wir können dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen."
