Hotel niXe Binz Restaurant

Tolles Essen, sowohl das Sushi, als auch die Fleischprodukte waren durchweg gut. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und gut geschult.Ein toller Abend.

We ate two times at the restaurant in Nixe which is located underground, which is not so appealing during the summer months when you want to have a view. The food is excellent, creative but sometimes a bit overdone. Some great German wines

We had dinner in the Nixe restaurant during our stay in the hotel Nixe. The restaurant is located in the basement of the main building with a terrace near the promenade. The menu offers lovely creations of fish, meat and vegetarian food. Next to the...main courses they offer pasta's. The food is prepared well but so are the prices as well. The wine list is good for reasonable prices. We enjoyed being here

We tried another restaurant but no tables were available. We passed Nixe and managed to book a table. This was the second night and what a truly wonderful experience. We started with the foreleg and then had risotto between us. For the main course we...had fish and lamb. The waiter recommende a great wine. However, during the dinner the chef sent us a number of dishes to taste. I was truly surprised to find such a wonderful restaurant in Binz and would certainly recommend it

Dieses Restaurant bietet auch für Nicht-Hotelgäste ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet an, welches wir heute genutzt haben und wirklich begeistert waren. Viel Auswahl und alles mit Liebe angerichtet. Das Personal war ebenfalls sehr freundlich.Der Besuch war eine Überraschung für meinen Mann zum Geburtstag und nach vorheriger Information diesbezüglich an das Hotelpersonal wurden wir mit einem geschmückten Tisch mit zwei Kerzen und einer kleinen leckeren Torte überrascht. Alles in allem wirklich toll!

Excellently appointed and decorated restaurant in a great location on the promenade in Binz. Service was first class and the staff were very knowledgeable regarding the food and wine on offer but, for me, the cooking is a work in progress. We had a set...‘tasting menu’ of five dishes but my overwhelming impression is that there were, generally, too many competing flavors in each dish that failed to fuse or ‘gel’ together, apart from the mushroom dish with truffles that worked well without being remarkable. For the euros this dinner cost for four, I’ve eaten better but, as I say, I believe the cooking is work in progress and will improve as time progresses

I arrived at Binz yesterday and being dead tired I didn't bother much about my dinner entered the first place I saw and was rewarded with one of the worst Giros I ever ate. But what can you expect, this being Germany ant the...northernest point in Germany at that. Well surprise, today I had a very rejoyable dinner in Nixe. I liked everything about the place the welcome and service were warm, professional and not stuffy. The food was inventive but not too much so, tasty and very nice to look at. The place itself, while nothing extraordinary seemed to fit it's role very well that of providing a handsome, comfortable and quiet place for the dinners. This was our second visit to this resturant, not sure if there will be a third. Uppon arrival we were told that we had no reservation. Even though we explained that we had booked a table two months in advance and had recieved a confirmation...the head waiter was unwilling to double check. He was however wiling to help us anyway by putting us at a table located in a service passage to the kitchen. From this table you couldn't see the resturant, but we had a clear view in to the toilets. The Nixe Restaurant, located in the basement of the same named bedroom boutique hotel, which is primely situated right on the promenade in Binz. The ambience is cosy and welcoming, actually reminiscent of a tavern, largely due to its stone walls in the interior....We went for the “Tisch voll” Full table in English, which is made up of small portions of a variety of delectably prepared dishes with creative tastes and flavours very pleasing to the palate.
