dishes really cooked in Roman by a cook who puts all his talent, commitment and love. we ate very well and with goto. characteristic local near the Colosseum. Welcoming and friendly owners, you feel like eating at home... to return more often.

We had an amazing experience here for our final night in Rome!! We arrived somewhat early at 7pm as we did not have a reservation on Saturday of a holiday weekend. a few steps from the colosseum a place where you feel at home, with the welcome of the lady in the hall. all delicious from the appetizer to dessert (which is finally an unpacked dessert, but really of the amatrician house and really good jumps and the fried pecorino (besides the mixed fried fried of the appetizers) has really enchanted us.

Hostaria i clementini never disappoints me. every time I come to Rome, there's no dinner here. friendliness, hospitality, sympathy and an excellent menu make this restaurant an excellent opportunity to know and experience roma. unique dishes well presented and excellent in the goto. absolutely to try. my compliments to all the staff of the silences

a mixed fried Roman (fiori di zucca, mozzarella, pecorino, baccalà and apple) really soft and dry. to want to find the fur in the egg, perhaps the one with the apple was the least successful but all however light as clouds. we then went to a really “scrocchiarella” Amatrician pasta, even if a little too sapida. perfect carbonara. all with a fast service and a price more than honest. We ate here on our first night in Rome. The restaurant was located right by the AirBnB where we were staying, a few steps from the Colosseum. We booked our table in advance, which was useful as the restaurant was full when we arrived. We had a delicious meal, first some antipasti and then pasta and dessert. Everything was very tasty, prepared with care, and more than enough. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely do it again.

This is my second excellent meal here in 3 years. The baked eggplant was wonderful as an initial course. The Rigatoni Carbonara was the best I found in Rome. The Guanciale was crisp and perfectly spun into the eggs/cheese sauce. The dessert of chocolate pudding looks sweeter than it was. Like an English pudding in texture with fine chocolate tones and sweetened by the toffee. Wow! Homemade bread and my favorite beer from Sardinia. What a great meat! I'm back. View menu
