"This isn 't the first time we 've ordered from here, and we 've never had any problems. Lately, however, they make deliveries when they feel like making them and with the times they decide. Today they are even making fun of us by saying that the rider had arrived and waited for us for 20 minutes, which wasn 't even true given that we were on the balcony waiting the whole time and no one arrived. They brought our order back saying that we now had to wait for the delivery round to other people, wait for the rider to return to the place to take our order and bring it back to us (pizzas practically frozen considering that they were already 20 minutes late) to the question why didn 't you call us they replied that they even had the Just Eat switchboard contact us, yes, too bad they called us saying that the rider had already left. Moral of the story the pizza was supposed to arrive at 8.10pm, it 's 9pm and nothing has arrived yet. We will not order here again, the service and customer support is truly below 0."
