"I found ristorante Arca listed in the guide book L 'Espresso with a very high rating and decided to check it out. The restaurant is located in the center of Alba Adriatica on the main street which ends on the Lungomare and shares a mid block location with an enoteca of the same name. Massimiliano, the chef and his brother run a tight ship with both a seafood and terra menu. My 3 friends all tried the seafood and were blown away by the Brodetto and the baccala ' while I spoiled myself with a thinly sliced elegant pork dish with Patanegra pork from the Jamon Iberico region of Spain. I have never seen this in another restaurant in Italy, although I am sure you might find it in a starred restaurant in Milan, Rome of Florence. The service was impeccable with the chef taking everyone 's orders and answering questions or advising you on choices which will delight your palate. His brother is at the ready with a nicely selected wine list with options from around the world, but the majority from the neighboring Abruzzo vineyards. Fresh breads arrive at the table with the amuse bouche and the tranquil, simple, but elegant ambience help make for a wonderful evening!"

"pleasant stay of two days, particular well-kept structure and whose invoice well merges with the surrounding environment. beautiful view with the sea in the distance and the part “collinare” all around. very comfortable rooms (actually they are mini apartments,) very nice and complete spa of everything we had the possibility to reserve for 90 minutes. great restaurant, friendly staff and cleaning of the spaces. We'll definitely come back. recommended."

"After a very difficult year, we were looking for a holiday that would regenerate us especially on a mental level, and we found it here. The structure is very beautiful and comfortable, located on the hill and surrounded by greenery, from our terrace we could enjoy a wonderful view that contrasted between the sea on the horizon and the olive trees and vineyards all around. The rooms very spacious and clean. The management and staff are very friendly and accommodating in always finding an alternative. Swimming pool equipped with waterfalls and hydromassage area. The excellent cuisine. With the reservation we also had an entrance to the Spa. A structure that I recommend and will certainly keep in mind in future holidays."

"Il Ristorante Leon d'Oro di Martinsicuro è un punto di riferimento culinario che incanta i suoi ospiti da anni. Si tratta di un ristorante storico sulla piazza, con il suo ambiente rustico e spartano, si è affermato come punto di riferimento per chi desidera gustare del buon pesce fresco cucinato con semplicità, senza condimenti e salse che possano sottrarre il gusto ineccepibile del pescato del giorno. La cucina, intrisa di sapori autentici e genuini, è il risultato della maestria dei marinai che, a contatto con la materia prima del mare, creano piatti serviti nella maniera più semplice possibile. Il personale di sala, gentile e disponibile, ha contribuito a rendere la nostra esperienza ancora più piacevole. Tra i piatti ineccepibili che abbiamo gustato, la trippa di pesce in sugo rosso e il guazzetto di sogliole, rospetti e gamberi hanno conquistato il nostro palato. La varietà di scampi freschissimi preparati in diverse varianti, dalla versione cruda alla catalana, lessi e arrosto, ha rappresentato un autentico paradiso per i nostri palati. L'arrosto, autentico trionfo di freschezza, presentato su una graticola appena tolta dalla brace con scampi, sogliole e rombo, è stato un'esperienza culinaria straordinaria. La carta dei vini ha offerto il giusto accompagnamento, e il dessert originale a base di pera cotta con gelato ha concluso la cena in modo delizioso. Il conto, in linea con la qualità dei piatti, ha reso l'esperienza ancor più apprezzabile. Senza dubbio, torneremo volentieri. Complimenti sentiti a tutto lo staff del Ristorante Leon d'Oro per aver reso la nostra serata così memorabile."

"Stasera abbiamo cenato al faro. abbiamo iniziato con un antipasto di crudo e continuato con una griglia e una guancia. le porzioni sono davvero abbondanti e ogni flusso potrebbe tranquillamente essere condiviso da due persone. il pesce è buono. la grigliata cotta al punto giusto, la guancia saporita a destra e accompagnata da pane bruschettato. vino in caraffa, un locale bianco (trebbiano), di buona qualità. Ho visto passare prima abbondante e ben tenuto. buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. personale cordiale e disponibile. ambiente molto bello dove prevale il classico mare bianco e celeste, ma rimangono molto sobri. è preferibile prenotare, data l'arrivo della stagione completa. Lo consiglio vivamente."
