"I'm really sorry that a place like this on Friday night is empty, you see that at Sarzana there is no culinary culture. we started with six delicious oysters, then anchovies to the cantabrian and fine beef tartare and cut them to the truffle very well, all accompanied by excellent rose champagne. French cuisine in Sarzana, although too many ignorant do not appreciate certain chiccherie. Our compliments, the people who understand."
