"For an appetizer we ordered a fried gnocco with cured meats the gnocco had not risen (evidently the oil was completely exhausted) with every bite my mouth was soaked in oil! the cured meats had colors never seen before! The bresaola was pale, the salami was obviously expired and the cooked ham only had lard! First of all, I don 't recommend carbonara in any way!!!! Made with parmesan cream and tastes terrible! I have never found myself having to have leftover food, but in this case it has become a preventative measure for my health! Never never never again. The staff are saved apart from the cashier and (boss I presume)"
