This place, simple in an almost excessive way, deserves a very high rating because in a restaurant you basically go to eat. The welcome, familiar, makes you feel in a home environment and the typical dishes of the Roman tradition are really but really very good. More attention to the place would make this place super. Warm and genuine welcome that make you feel at ease without unnecessary formalities... as it is right to expect from a tavern...and already this is a good premise...then there are the dishes of the Roman tradition, skillfully cooked with quality raw materials. We tried various first... all really very good...I would not be able to recommend one in particular because the choice would be difficult... excellent also meats, but a special mention deserves the cicoria retaken with the chili and served with a bruschetta with the olive oil... to try....
